Room standard Japanese style hotel but good and comfortable bed for good night sleep.
I used it for a live performance at the Sekisui Heim Super Arena. It's a little far from Sendai Station, but I was traveling by rental car so it wasn't a problem. I'd like to use it again.
Very comfortable and convenient
Toyoko Inn is a chain of business hotels that you can find all over Japan. The service is good, which it generally is in Japan, and the prices are reasonable. This specific Toyoko Inn is located near Sendai station with lots of shopping and restaurants. It is also walking distance from the nightlife district. And from Sendai station you can go to pretty much any place of interest without hassle, including...
Have basically everything you would expect from a descent Japanese hotel chain, and for quite a reasonable price. Good location, quiet rooms.

Good for elderly and families with any age! Huge lobby, High ceilings! Big Western Japanese style room. Large parking lot, free. Have 2 public Onsen…big! Frozen popsicles in Onsen resting location.
We had a lovely time at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and creates a wonderful first impression. One of the best perks is the complimentary shuttle bus from Sendai; it’s very convenient and only takes about 30–45 minutes, making the hotel feel quite accessible.
We really enjoyed the facilities, especially the four onsen baths (two for each gender) and the ping pong room, which was a fun addition...
Nice and huge place however the building might be on the older side but it’s still good. Onsen view was nice
Stayed one night in the main building. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. Our package included both buffet breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch. At check-in, guests are asked to select their preferred dining times. Since the restaurant can get quite busy, I recommend choosing the earliest slot for a more relaxed experience. The onsen facilities were decent...
The hotel service was good. The lobby was grand and beautiful. On the contrary, the rooms were a bit old. The onsen was great. I tried both the new and old onsen. I personally liked the old one and is has a more Japanese taste. The new one is too modern. The onsen water really made my skin softer. The buffet meals were great. Overall good value for money.
The location is fantastic, right near Rairai Gorge, making it super convenient to explore on foot. The baths are great, open from 5 AM to 1 AM, and always clean and refreshing. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. There's also a shop and a massage parlor within the hotel. The room felt a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

location is great, room is very cramp, but staff is friendly. was easy to get around.
It was close to the downtown area, so I was able to go home immediately after dinner. The soundproofing was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.
If you ask me if it's clean, the building is old and the rooms aren't particularly clean, but it's in the downtown area, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and it's in a very convenient location and the price is cheap! I think it's a good hotel considering the cost performance. I don't have any bad impressions, so I'd like to use it again.
There was a half-drunk plastic bottle of water left in the fridge by the previous guest.
I'm sorry but I felt sick the moment I saw it.
Booked a single non-smoking room for two nights. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and my room is on the 7th floor. The hotel sign looks quite eye-catching on the pedestrian street. From Sendai Station, walk along Nakakucho Pedestrian Street to Ichibancho Pedestrian Street, then walk along Ichibancho toward Hirose-dori. You will see the hotel after you pass Hirose-dori. There is a large 7-11 supermarket...
Good location with a lot of restaurants nearby.

It was close to the station and the value for money was great. 😃
I arrived before check-in time, but they let me park my car in the parking lot, which was very helpful.
The hotel is not far from the station and close to a convenience store.
At 400 yuan, this hotel isn't very cost-effective, but there's no other way but to accept it during the holidays.
The cost performance was very good and it was very helpful. I recommend it.
I've been using it occasionally since last year, and I think it's convenient because it's close to the station and the downtown area.

About location... I mean it's convenient because it's close to everything but it's kinda located in the red district of sendai, so if you don't like that at all it's not the place for you... even though that's the location, it was quiet and nice at night.
The included breakfast... idk if I didn't read well but it was a bento, I was expecting more and it was the same bento everyday, so maybe a Matsuya...
Good location. Aobadori district is so famous in Sendai. Very popular place. I recommend this hotel.
Location was good, near a metro station and in a lively area. Room is ok but small, it’s not particularly comfortable or uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Overall, if you get a good price it’s a good place to stay.

Sendai, Yakushi 28, Yumoto Akiumachi Taihaku-ku (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel offered a free shuttle bus from Sendai station. The food is fine dinning. The service are excellent. The room is clean and tidy.
A good hotel for consideration
This is a standard, established, large hot spring hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated, the koi fish are charming, and the rooms are spacious. The hot springs are rather unremarkable, and the semi-buffet dinner was particularly disappointing. I've stayed at many onsen hotels with a stay and two meals option, and this one was quite subpar. The free shuttle bus from Sendai Station was a nice touch
I heard that many years ago, Sakkan had visited Ginsui-so, so I came here because of its reputation. Seeing is believing. The decoration of the lobby is really elegant and Japanese. There is a welcome drink of coffee or tea from 16:00 to 18:00, but I think it is too monotonous. It should be added with a piece of biscuit or fruit. The layout of the room is also very good. It is very comfortable for...
Booked it on my own trip. The room decoration is a little old, but I can understand it. Overall it is still very good. I soaked it three times. The service didn't originally order dinner, but after communication, a buffet was temporarily added. I like the service
Hygiene: Quite clean. Clean and change the water every day
Service: Also very good, the hotel is very large and each room will be given a map before check-in. And clearly mark the time and gender of use of each floor.
Hahahaha…the hotel is really big. It's quite special too.

I was surprised with the New year’s soba treat! It’s great! The place is quite comfortable to stay only few minutes away to stroll downtown. I’d like to stay next time of my visit. Thank you!
No women's communal bath? That really diminishes Dormy Inn's value. I specifically chose Dormy Inn for that experience. It would have been even worse if breakfast had been bad.
Good Dormy as well. But this probably will be a slight negative ladies as there is only public bath for men. However, do note, you can ask the front desk to use other Dormy nearby public bath!!
Even for guys, the bath is small so it is not the best for usage if there are quite a few people there. So the ticket to use other Dormy bath is a good option which I did use onyado which is just opposite....
The name looks new, but the building is old. It was the first time in a long time that I could stay in a hotel that uses an old-fashioned key, not a card key. The facilities are also old, but they were kept clean. There is a big difference between the floor of the room and the unit bath, and I was concerned about the steps (one step) placed in the room. Be careful when you are drunk. The breakfast...
The cheapest hotel I can get at that day for two person. It has a public bath and free night snacks.
The facilities are old. The bathroom is a step higher than the room, and the old design makes it feel oppressive.
If it was about 2,000 yen cheaper, the cost performance would be the same.
It's enough as a base for visiting delicious food in Sendai, Shiogama, and Matsushima. It's also easy to access the nightlife.

The hotel is close to the train station, and there are many restaurants nearby. However, this also means there's a lot of noise in the surrounding area. The hotel rooms are small but comfortable. The check-in (4:00 pm) and check-out (10:00 am) times are not ideal, which is the hotel's main problem.
The best Toyoku Inn breakfast yet!!!
Thank you for letting us know where the parking lot is.
The breakfast is excellent and has plenty of choice for each preference. This is one of the best hotel breakfast I had experienced in Sendai area.

The location is in the shopping area. Donki is near. Quite close to Sendai Station. The room is cozy and big enough to unpack 28” luggage. The reception counter is on the second floor with going up the stairs, but the staff will lead you to an elevator on the first floor to move your luggage.
superb location, i literally can go back to rest whenever i feel tired
This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Sendai Station, located right in a shopping arcade with tons of restaurants and shops, including a Don Quijote just 2 minutes away. The bus stop for Yamagata is also a mere 2-minute walk. The lobby offers 24-hour free coffee, and there are lockers for guests to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. The service is excellent....
The location is excellent, situated in a shopping street, very close to the train and bus stations. Aside from the small size, everything else is fine. There's a 24-hour front desk, and you can expect to use the washer and dryer for 3 hours. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and the elevator is at the back of the underground staircase. I would book again if I come to Sendai.
The room was clean and nice. The lobby was also clean and the service was excellent, so it was a very satisfying hotel for the price.

Good location
Can walk from JR station about 10 minutes
Great hotel for the price, very polite guest service and the place is quite clean.
Good hotel overall, but our room was too hot. Service was just okay—there were a few things they forgot to tell us in advance.
Excellent location, right next to a busy shopping street and within walking distance of the JR train station. The room was small but clean. The most unsatisfactory part was the air conditioning, which was too hot and couldn't be adjusted. The facilities felt a bit dated. Everything else was good though, like the facilities, free coffee, and the elevator.

Looks like converted from an office building.
The elevator didn’t impose any permission checks, plus the lobby is on the 2nd floor, technically someone can take the lift from 1st floor all the way up and stand in front of the rooms.
We were staying at room 611. There was 1 morning when we woke up, we were greeted with snowy scenery from our hotel room window. We love our room because it is facing the cliss road shopping street. It has beautiful night scenery. There is a drinking vending machine at the lobby for hotel guests.
The hotel is in a walking area to the main shopping district and also near to the central station.
The rooms are very small but it’s okay for a single person.
There is a 24 hours drink bar on the second floor. Can drink soft drinks including hot coffee.
The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and without a clear hotel signage shown which made it hard for us the find even though we are using waze.
