Just a few minutes walk to walking street for shopping and dining!
The location is very nice near by JosenjiDori Street. The room is also big, neat and clean
Yes, really difficult to find even with the Google Maps is wedged in between a restaurant and another dark building with only have 6 ft entrance from the street
The room was clean and automated reception system was easy to use. It was good location for walking to Kokubuncho(there are many bars and restaurants).
I felt it was cold when I got into the room, but they lent me a heater, and there were only two outlets, but they lent me that for an extra fee, and the front desk was happy to lend me anything I thought was unfortunate lol So it was cheap, and the location was a quick bus ride from the station, and there was a Donkey just a short walk away, so it was really great✨

Clean room / good location / kind staff
Need to walk upslope to reach the hotel, room is pretty small. Otherwise everything else is ok.
The service was great, and the hot springs were really good too.
Very close to the station, good breakfast, but the facilities are a bit old.
Location is good not too far from sendai station. Breakfast could have been better, the grilled fish have a lot of bones which suggested poor quality. (We had breakfast at other hotels on this trip, fish has no bones)
Location is a bit away from JR Station. Hotel is small but busy. Breakfast with good food choices but like the rest of the hotel, cramped. Onsen facilities are good

Sendai, 4-10 Tatemachi, Aoba-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Food was not good enough. Amenities were not available in the room.
This is cheap during the festival, the room is small enough to be mentally prepared. It is far from Sendai Station by taxi about 900 yen. But the Lobby has no air conditioning, it will be very hot outside to check-in at the hotel in the summer. Check-in the machine is broken and can not be fixed for a long time, the staff does not take the initiative to help. Asking the staff to come and fix the staff...
The accommodation is within walking distance to the subway. The cleanliness is good. The receptionist / Font is very good and helpful. But I would like to deduct points for the restaurant service because my family and I ** paid for additional breakfast coupons. But disappointed with the service of some staff in the restaurant. On the last day, I came down to the restaurant later than the other days...
It was cheaper than the surrounding hotels, but the bed was comfortable, not a semi-double, as is common. The location was not bad either, being close to the downtown area. The only negative points were that the bathroom was small and the room was right in front of the elevator, so conversations could be heard everywhere.
The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Sendai Station and is located near the shopping street, so there is no problem with shopping, eating and supper. The main problem is that the pillow is very flat, which is not good for sleep quality.
The room felt a bit cramped. The unit bath was old and the water pressure in the shower was weak, which was disappointing.

Sendai, 4-3-3 Chuo, Aoba-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The facilities are a bit old, but they're clean, so it didn't bother me. The front desk staff are a little inefficient, so make sure you have plenty of time when you check in/out.
Very good location…close to sendai station about 5-10 mins walk and very close to sendai morning market.
Very close to the station, which makes traveling convenient. There's a small breakfast available, and it's near the fish market.
I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staffs are nice and kind. You can ask to left the baggage before you check in. The location is great, easy walk from sendai station about 5 mins. Love this hotel!
It's amazing how close it is to Sendai Station and so cheap! While it's a little dated, it was perfectly adequate for a business trip where I only needed to sleep. For some reason, the bath mat wasn't provided for the second day. 😭 I folded my bath towel and used it, so it wasn't a problem.
Just a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station, this hotel offers excellent convenience for travelers. While the rooms aren't particularly large or luxurious, they are very affordable and provide great value for money.

Good clear and price reasonable, with free refreshment from 3 pm to 11 pm serve at a ver nice chill restaurant at 3rd floor and all the food are very yummy.
The hotel's location is very convenient, just a bus stop away. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the dinner was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast was also plentiful. I really liked the hot spring water; it was very clean, with two pools, one outside and one inside. I really enjoyed it.
We didn't order dinner, but there's a hidden gem of a sushi restaurant nearby. It was excellent value for money. The hotel breakfast was a buffet, and it was so good I ate way too much.
The facilities, hospitality, service, food, and baths were all excellent. The free lounge was wonderfully well-stocked. The waitresses were trained by Myanmar staff, and their hospitality was also excellent. I would definitely like to use this inn again.
I've stayed here about 5 or 6 times now, and every visit, the cleanliness is impeccable and the service is excellent. The staff's polite language and their commitment to ensuring guests never feel uncomfortable truly put me at ease. This time, for the first time, I opted for a room-only stay as I wanted to enjoy a relaxing hot spring trip without any interference. (Previously, my best friend and I...
My impression was that it was one of the smaller hot spring inns in Akiu. However, the dining area and large public bath were not crowded, which was nice as I was able to spend my time there in peace. The lounge, which is exclusive to guests, offers all-you-can-drink drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and also serves mini cakes, making it the perfect place to relax after a bath.

APA Hotel Sendai Kotodai Koen, Sendai1 / 16

Sendai, 4-10 Futsukamachi, Aoba-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This was my first time staying here. It was surprisingly affordable. Although it looks old, it was clean and the room was spacious and a twin room for single use. However, APA's construction does not provide good soundproofing for the rooms next door and above, so you can hear the person next door sneezing as if it were happening right in front of you.
Excellent hospitality and service. The staffs greet us everytime. The heater works very well during winter. It makes us warm and comfortable. The water is clean, the hot water comes out quickly.
Due to the closure of the fixed camp, we are looking for a new inn around Hirose-dori-Kotodai Park. The equipment is rather old. I don't like it when it rains because I walk a little from the station. The customer service of the employees is the best. .. ..
I stayed cheaply, but it's a little far from the station. I received "President's Curry" during the event 🙌 I was happy because I wanted to eat it. It was delicious 👍
Nice and clean as expected from APA hotel front desk were great although couldn't speak English but didn't let that stop them from trying to help us get where we needed to go

Room is clean and smoke free. 15 mins walk away from Sendai station. Luggage storage. Machine with water, coffee, tea and apple juice in lobby. Employees are really nice. Vietnamese restaurant once you step outside. Convenience store across the street.
Everything you need, you will have it there, comfy and nice space really close to the station
The hotel was good. The toilet doesn’t have a bidet but overall it’s good and I slept so well. I don’t have any issues at all. You can also leave your bag after check out.
I guess you don’t have to worry about the cleanliness in Japan. It is close to Sendai Station! Many big department stores, shops and restaurants around the corner ! I line this place
I left my carrier with them before checking in, but the lady at the reception was very unfriendly and unpleasant, which surprised me. The man at the check-in was very pleasant. Other than that lady at the reception, everything else was satisfactory.
The station is close by, which was helpful. I'll be sure to use it again if I travel nearby.

Sendai, 4 Chome-2-6 Central (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is good, close to the station and there is a convenience store right in front. The room was not bad, but the Wi-Fi password was hard to find and I thought there was only one elevator.
Considering the location near the station, the price was reasonable and I was satisfied. I thought the air conditioner had three settings, but it was actually a thermostat that could be used to adjust the temperature. However, the water heater was an old model that took a long time to boil, and the amount was small, so I couldn't eat instant yakisoba noodles. Other than that, it was fine.
Although there is some wear and tear due to its age, it is rare to be able to stay here for this price, especially with prices soaring. The staff were also very polite and I have nothing to say. There seems to be a free Wi-Fi access point in each room, but the only password listed is for the hotel's access point. However, I was able to connect to the internet without any problems using the hotel's...
Honestly your average 3 star hotel, except look at the price! For a single room in a hotel, I was paying less than most hostels I have stayed in. I genuinely don't have any complaints at all about the room or the place when I was able to stay 5 minutes from sendai station for less than 20 pounds a night. The only issue I had with the hotel is its weird policy of leaving a key with the staff as you...
It's been a while since my last business trip to Sendai, and I stayed at this hotel again, which I always stayed at before COVID-19, because it was so convenient. Since I was having dinner at night, I could only eat breakfast by myself, so I had a nostalgic two-drink style? The toast was also delicious, and I liked the morning menu here. That's what I did. The breakfast was still very delicious, but...
The interior and the hair dryer installed are quite old, but the room was clean, so it's good. Amenity is also attached firmly. Air conditioning is a dial type. It's just right if you think that you just sleep because it is calm in a place that is not very wide. The female staff are not very good at responding to phone calls, but the male receptionist was the best (Is it a great person because it is...

very good and the counter very nice and helpful!! valuable!!
The hotel has a hot spring with high-quality water, leaving your skin smooth after a soak. The staff are courteous and professional, which is admirable. The food is high-quality and made with fresh ingredients. There's also a small shop in the hotel where you can buy souvenirs and even clothes.
The environment is beautiful and the service is considerate. I stayed for four nights and the dinners were different on all four days. They were very unique and delicious. This is definitely a hot spring hotel worth recommending.
The hotel is on the hillside, but the hotel provides bus pick-up service, great! Large towels are provided in the women's bath for guests to walk to the open-air hot spring. A bonfire is prepared next to the hot spring to increase the atmosphere. After the hot spring, guests can enjoy a massage chair in the women's bath locker room. The only drawback is that the one-night stay with two meals package...
The hotel staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The dinner dishes are exquisitely presented, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food. The bedroom facilities are complete and tidy, and the wet and dry toilets are separated. The hot springs are comfortable, but you need to walk up more than 40 stairs to get to the outdoor open-air bath. The only drawback was that the toilet could...

The friendly service and excellent facilities made me feel good. The hot springs were also well-maintained. However, the food was a bit disappointing, being buffet-style. I highly recommend it.
The private insen was very relaxing, but the food was a bit mediocre.
The hotel is located in Akibo Onsen and offers excellent value for money. The onsen is very comfortable, the dinner is a very generous buffet with unlimited drinks, and the rooms are very spacious. I will definitely come back next time.
The drivers are courteous and helpful. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and ice cream, a truly heartwarming experience. There are three hot springs, each with its own unique characteristics. The buffet dinner and breakfast are plentiful, featuring delicious sweet shrimp and sea bream slices, tender beef tenderloin, and sweet and soft potato tempura – not to...
Private baths were great. Breakfast was a bit limited. Could have used more snacks at the lounge. Shuttle bus was smooth. Feels a bit pricy for what you get.

The building and facilities are old, but they are well-maintained and clean. However, the walls seem thin, so conversations in the hallway and outside noise are a bit noticeable.
It's perfectly adequate if you're just looking for a place to stay.
It's more than a 20-minute walk from Sendai Station, so taking the nearest subway is a smoother way to check in. It was nice that they allowed me to leave my luggage early in the morning and delivered it to my room. I felt the shower water pressure was a bit weak. It was worth the price.
Conveniently located near shopping areas.
I was a bit worried because the price was so low, but it turned out to be a great hotel with good access and it was clean for the price. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
I stayed in a twin room with a reception set. It was nice and spacious. The beds are two singles so they're a bit small, but I was able to sleep comfortably so it was fine.

When traveling to Sendai, I planned a convenient one-night, two-meal trip to enjoy hot springs. Choosing a hot spring hotel involved many considerations. I wanted a traditional Japanese-style hotel where I could have dinner in my room. I didn't need too many options for the hot spring itself; just an open-air experience would suffice. Nothing luxurious, just simple and practical, perfect for a relaxing...
My husband and I stayed at this inn with breakfast included. It's a small inn within Akiu Onsen, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay... Perhaps accommodation rates in Sendai's inner sanctum are on the higher side these days due to rising prices and inbound tourism? Soraichi's reasonable accommodation rates are very helpful. I'm a local, but I love hot springs, so I don't often...
I stayed overnight on a weekday, and the hot spring was simply great. I heard they had a circulating hot spring, but it was clean and had a subtle, pleasant scent. The water was lukewarm, so I was able to stay in for a long time. I'm jealous that it's only 30 minutes from Sendai city. It's a walk from the parking lot. The rooms are spacious. There's little contact within the building, so it's quiet...
We stayed for a night. This is the only hotel in Akiu area which have 100% natural hot spring without circulation. However there are 100% natural hot spring and circulating bath in this hotel. The food is good. The staff is nice.
We were very well received in this Ryokan. The evening meal, served in the room, is a real feast!
I am writing to applaud the great service provided during the ryokan stay. I have booked it from the ryokan official website but they were also responsive from emails to confirm my reservation and stay details. I am a solo traveller and it is actually rather difficult to book ryokan in japan as one person but this place was possible! (On weekdays with a slight premium) The staffs in the ryokan were...

Sendai has many narrow roads, and the road in front of this hotel is a bit narrow as well, but I think it will be no problem if you have a small car. There is a convenience store diagonally across the street, with a selection of 100 yen store items and an ATM inside, which was very convenient. The hotel room was also clean and I had a very relaxing stay. The hotel was well-equipped with drink vending...
We were looking for a room for our family of four (two adults and two children) in Sendai City, but due to the summer vacation there were no vacancies, so we ended up booking two rooms for two people. However, two days before our stay, the hotel kindly called us and said, "We have a large room available for families. Would you like to stay here?" They said we could keep the price the same as when we...
Staffs in this hotel are very polite! They will call to confirm you before you come to stay 1-2days before after you have booked the hotel. For the room,it’s normal as Japanese business hotel actually. Bathroom are very clean which that’s a good point for me. But a bedsheet is quite hard so it might not comfortably. And you can hear the train sounds which that would make you awake as well. Well,price...
Inexpensive business hotel in east Sendai area. It takes less than 10 min from the nearest JR station (Nigatake or Higashi-Sendai) on foot. Access to downtown is very easy. I always choose this hotel when I stay at Sendai.
Quite a long walk from the station, not that many good places to eat at in the surroundings, rooms were somewhat dirty. Was cheap though, so can't complain too much. Beds were comfortable.
