The hotel has a hot spring with high-quality water, leaving your skin smooth after a soak. The staff are courteous and professional, which is admirable. The food is high-quality and made with fresh ingredients. There's also a small shop in the hotel where you can buy souvenirs and even clothes.

The environment is beautiful and the service is considerate. I stayed for four nights and the dinners were different on all four days. They were very unique and delicious. This is definitely a hot spring hotel worth recommending.

The hotel is on the hillside, but the hotel provides bus pick-up service, great!
Large towels are provided in the women's bath for guests to walk to the open-air hot spring. A bonfire is prepared next to the hot spring to increase the atmosphere. After the hot spring, guests can enjoy a massage chair in the women's bath locker room. The only drawback is that the one-night stay with two meals package booked on trip.com does not include the option of dinner. I was envious when I saw other guests enjoying high-end cuisine.

The hotel staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

The dinner dishes are exquisitely presented, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food.

The bedroom facilities are complete and tidy, and the wet and dry toilets are separated.

The hot springs are comfortable, but you need to walk up more than 40 stairs to get to the outdoor open-air bath.

The only drawback was that the toilet could not be flushed. After calling the staff, they immediately provided assistance but could not repair it immediately. In the end, I had to use the toilet in another room.

The hotel is traditional, antique, clean, and the dinner is very good. Whether it's a hot spring or an open-air bath, you have to walk up a long staircase and there's not enough light at night.

The room was great! The campfire hot spring is very comfortable. The only thing that I felt was not enough was the extra-priced dinner. The service was not good and I was treated differently. I put the kettle on the table and asked me to add it myself.
