I booked a Super Room, which was fantastic, considering how small Japanese rooms are. The breakfast was as good as always

A good pocket hotel for a short stay. It has everything you need, it's clean, but there's very little space, so keep that in mind if you want to check in with a lot of luggage

For this price and at this time, I was genuinely surprised to get such a spacious room, complete with a massage chair! Opening the balcony door at night, a cup of coffee in hand, and gazing at the twinkling lights of the city below—there was a moment where I truly felt moved to tears

Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.

The night view from the window is the best, there is a big Kannon-like Buddha statue right next to it, and the room is large and beautiful. The morning meal was also very good

Nice location, very clean room and it was a bit larger than the other business hotels I've been too. Bathroom had a shower-only set-up which was quite good too

Location is not the best but it is acceptable- quick 5 mins walk from Sendai station via the side door. Room is neat and tidy- slightly larger than standard Japanese room size with all the required amenities

No women's communal bath? That really diminishes Dormy Inn's value. I specifically chose Dormy Inn for that experience. It would have been even worse if breakfast had been bad.

However, do note, you can ask the front desk to use other Dormy nearby public bath!! Even for guys, the bath is small so it is not the best for usage if there are quite a few people there

So the ticket to use other Dormy bath is a good option which I did use onyado which is just opposite

The name looks new, but the building is old. It was the first time in a long time that I could stay in a hotel that uses an old-fashioned key, not a card key. The facilities are also old, but they were kept clean

The breakfast is excellent and has plenty of choice for each preference. This is one of the best hotel breakfast I had experienced in Sendai area.

It seems to have just been renovated; it's clean and the service is good. There's a park, Lawson convenience store, 7-Eleven, and a 24-hour donburi restaurant nearby

It's an 8-minute walk from the east exit of the station and a 4-minute walk from Miyagino-dori. There are public areas available, including a microwave and a paid washer-dryer (card payment accepted)

The location is excellent, situated in a shopping street, very close to the train and bus stations. Aside from the small size, everything else is fine

There's a 24-hour front desk, and you can expect to use the washer and dryer for 3 hours. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and the elevator is at the back of the underground staircase

We had an outstanding stay at Saryo Soen in Sendai. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was exceptional, beautifully kept and very comfortable

While everyone was wonderful, special recognition goes to our room attendant, Suganima-San, who was truly outstanding in her care and service

The chef also deserves praise, going out of his way to accommodate our special dietary needs as vegetarians. Each entree was not only delicious but also beautifully presented

Location is good not too far from sendai station. Breakfast could have been better, the grilled fish have a lot of bones which suggested poor quality. (We had breakfast at other hotels on this trip, fish has no bones)

I had no choice but to contact Ctrip. Ctrip's service was quite good; they immediately provided a solution. The indoor soaking tub was okay, but the outdoor tub was very small. The Japanese food was pretty good

The Hirose River Gen Open-Air Bath was stunning, built against the natural scenery, and was the most outstanding of the several hot springs. You absolutely must go; the Natural Bath was much less impressive in comparison

There's a snack area, and a fireplace where you can warm up and chat. Snacks, wine, and coffee are all included. Our room also had great snow views. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are a must-try

There is a live jazz band performing at night in the lobby area where a huge fireplace is located at the center. Re meals, buffet styled with a lot of choices available
