Room was old, but clean. Noise in the foyer was heard until 12:00 in our room on the first foor. There were people talking loudly, and we could here this. Other noises were annoying. Wifi was weak, to non-existent. Breakfast was okay. Could have some fruit and more egg options. Maybe they can update, then things. Good luck!

This is my first time here at Holiday Season hotel, and definitely will not be the last one. The hotel is neat and close to a 5 stars!! Incredible place and very helpful and attentive staff. Really great for what it is. I went and booked on the spot unplanned and they were super helpful, friendly and fair! The rooms were clean, the location was superb. Loved it. Would stay again.

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great

Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms ok, beds comfortable. Rooms could do with an upgrade or repair. TV difficult to operate. Breakfast mediocre. Wi-Fi coverage ok but images slow to download, if at all. Location ok but a long way from down town. You need to walk and explore area to find anything.

I didn't go to this hotel but to its restaurant and really the freshness and quality of the fish and shellfish dishes were quite spectacular....Breton faith!! The hotel is and the rooms are nice and clean. The location is great, direct on the seaside. Because of it it’s noisy- it’s on a public beach. The AC is also noisy. Staff is great and polite. For this price category its a good choice.

I have mixed feelings…. The hotel has sea view all right, but NO private beach. Room is spacious and clean, but it is really really noisy because of the music from the beach… the restaurant offers breakfast which hasn’t got many options, but the dinner a la cart menu is quite good.

The food was delicious and the service was also really nice! Unfortunately they had no rice and our favorite juice (lemon with mint) was out, but because of that we got one meal and tea for free! All in all we had a good time, thank you :))

We booked for 20 days in the Lancaster Gardens while in Amman from the U.S.- and it was a truly tremendous stay. The staff was INCREDIBLE- from reception to housekeeping: we could not have asked for a better stay. They were so wonderful with everything from transportation, facilitating our daughter’s zaffeh from their location, and accommodating all our needs. You ask and they help make it happen!...

I enjoyed my stay overall. For future improvements, it would be great to have daily apartment cleaning service—or alternatively, to provide basic cleaning supplies (such as a broom, mop, or vacuum) for guest use.

Nice place for family. Close to everything you’d need in Amman. Rooms are spacious and clean, parking is available with no issues. The best part of our stay was the staff especially Ramzi he was very helpful, when we got there he said whatever app we booked through canceled our reservation but he provided us with a room to rest and said tomorrow will figure it out rest now and don’t worry about it...

We 5 family members stayed at the hotel with 2 rooms (1 couple room and 1 triple room)…amazed with their hospitality specially with room service and flexibility in check out…their food was amazing with varieties of breakfast options and mouth watering dinner set menu….a big shout out to Receptionist Muhammad and the chef Ahmad Wadi. My husband and I stayed here for a week and used it as a base to explore Jordan. It was a lovely home away from home. The staff were really nice and helpful. It was great to be able to do laundry ourselves during our stay. Safeway is very close by. Uber is so handy for getting around. The Jett bus station is only 3k away.

If you need a peaceful room it's not the right place, the hotel is located on the main road and very noisy all night. The rooms are not sound proof, sofa bed not comfortable at all. We loved staying in Bedouin Garden Village - 1 minute from the beach! We just picked up snorkels in their diving centre and followed the rope to the sea - what a nice coral and so many tropical fish just 50 -100 m from the beach. Your hotel can get you a free ride to the resort. We enjoyed the swimming pools and the diving activity. The best thing is the affordable (normal) prices of food and drinks at the shop inside the resort.

Everything was best like it should be explained in the videos I saw. It was one of best experience from past 20 years. I would love to come here for the next time alongside with my family and friends. That would be fun! Im really excited to visit this beautiful place again.
