Doesn't have water on rooms for free, if you take it from mini bar you have to pay for it. On the second hand, generally it's a good hotel

The TVs are just for show. There's no external antenna, and the smart TV doesn't work.

My partner and I stayed at your hotel from June 21st to 22nd, 2025.
I would like to express my disappointment regarding the incident that occurred upon checkout.
We were given one foot towel, and upon checkout, we were informed that we would need to pay 1,500 tenge, allegedly due to a stain found on the towel. The fee was later increased to 2,000 tenge, without any official justification, photographic evidence, or explanation.
We did not cause any damage to the towel and used it strictly for its intended purpose. We consider these accusations unfounded.
