It's a very nice room, and I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Almaty. The room is small, but the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel cramped.

Excellent Marriott-level hotel. The staff always goes the extra mile, and the rooms are clean and cozy. I personally prefer the upgraded room because it's larger, but overall, the quality of everything is superb! The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but the staff is always there to help with luggage. If this hotel is available, I always choose to stay here.

had a pleasant stay at Ala Bouquet Hotel Almaty – the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, what really stood out was the reception team. Unfortunately, we were scammed by a taxi driver, and even though we still ended up paying a significant amount, the receptionist genuinely tried his best to help and communicate on our behalf. We could clearly see his efforts, and we truly appreciated that he didn’t just ignore the situation. Thank you for trying to assist us during a stressful moment.

Everyone should stay here! It smells great, it's clean, a new hotel, housekeeping cleans daily, the staff are polite, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended! They provide bottled water daily and change towels regularly.

The breakfast is the best one I ever had in a hotel. Everything was tasty, well cooked, and the services is as good as any 5 star hotel. Only one thing soso: the water of the shower is either super hot or cold.

The bed was very comfortable and the heating was excellent.

The service was not satisfactory. The night shift staff during our check-in did not show good service mindset.
The pillows provided were extremely thin, almost like sleeping without a pillow. We requested two additional pillows, but it took almost 10 minutes to receive them, and even then, one staff member said “no… only one” in a very impolite manner.
The hotel is not soundproof — we could clearly hear people talking and walking past the room. In the bathroom, the shampoo and shower gel bottles had no labels, so we had to guess which was which.
Other facilities were just standard, as expected from a normal hotel. Overall, we will not return to stay here again.
