The location is a real plus, right opposite Atakent Mall and just a short walk from the Botanical Park, which is great for getting some fresh air or a quiet break from the city.
Breakfast was okay, nothing over the top, but the view from the restaurant really stands out and makes the morning much more enjoyable. The staff were helpful enough and easy to deal with throughout my stay.
A solid option in Almaty if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a good location.
But it is a bit difficult to communicate in English

The staff also needs to be more welcoming and friendly
First time I have seen staff in a hotel not even smiling at their guests . Just a blank face no greeting no smile you get when you go to the restaurant for breakfast.
I’m breakfast once something is finished it is not replenished again .
Coffee from the coffee machine is good plus the fruits and dry fruits section is good too . I don’t know if it’s the entire Almaty but majority of cafés and restaurants we went to had servers who were looking like a robot doing about their jobs .
