Comfortable stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly front desk. Breakfast had limited options specially for vegetarians. Overall, nice experience.

Very well located location slightly hidden but in the very center of town. Quiet and clean and with good service. Front desk efficient, breakfast average, excellent wifi. This hotel is maybe slightly overpriced but still looks like a very good choice.

A really warm, beautiful and safe place. The rooms are nice, not too small or too big. It has everything, except for the lack of a bidet in the bathroom. There is a fridge, a water heater, an air conditioner, and a heater. The breakfast is a bit weak, and you will find some of the food we don't know the name of and it is delicious. So I had a cake, salad, and croissant. You can also ask them to make eggs for you.

Pros • Great location in the city center. • Clean rooms. • Tasty and varied breakfast options. Cons • The staff could be friendlier. • The rooms are small, with the bathroom taking up too much space that could have been used for the room itself. • No bidet in the toilet.

The rooms were very spacious for its prices. It was even spacious compared with other hotels of same configuration. The room service is a hot and miss sometimes they do perfectly and sometimes it’s a meh.. The morning breakfast is splendid with a wide variety of dishes. The staffs are friendly, not everyone speaks English but still you can manage. Overall it was a good experience and left home with good memories. Will definitely choose this place next time as well. Thank you.

the breakfast is good, there're fruit, varies of cheese, varies of smoke ham (including horse meat), dessert, varies of drinks (2 kind of juice, milk, tea, coffee), eggs, breads, salad and they start the breakfast time at 7.00 am. (in the last day, we take away the breakfast because we have to go to the airport and they gave us sandwich and apple). and dinning table have indoor and outdoor room.

we arrive at this hotel at 6.00 am and they give us for a half price, for that thank you.
the room is big (one bed room and one living room), so we can move easily. for 3 people there are one king bed and sofa bed that good and big enough to sleep in.
the room facility is complete and clean also. the toiletries, hairdryer, big and small towel and there's heater in toilet too. 2 tv in each room, refrigerator (full of snack and drinks/mini bar), safety box, slippers, kimono, standing hanger.
the location of this hotel is good, there's a good coffee shop (nedelka) near it and easy to find if you go with yandex every time.
the staff is friendly, can speak english quiet good actually and help a lot with our question (they give us sim card too that you can top up).
