My stay at Grand Mildom Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located on Dostyk Avenue, close to shops, parks, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was amazing. I also really enjoyed the spa and pool area, which made my stay even more relaxing.

I'll only speak truthfully. The room was good, and the hygiene and overall environment were decent. This isn't my first time here, but this stay really highlighted the hotel's shortcomings across the board. Hotel staff knocked on our door at 4 AM, claiming to deliver clothes. When we checked in, they didn't return our passports, and they kept them at the front desk for our entire four-day stay without reminding us. We only found out when we got to the airport for check-out, realized our passports were missing, and called the front desk. We almost missed our flight.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been better. They even surprised us with a small cake and champagne in the room. The jacuzzi suite was amazing, with mood lighting and a soft robe waiting for us. The restaurant served the best seafood I’ve had in a long time. We also spent time in the hammam and it was heavenly. Every corner of the hotel feels new and cared for. We left completely recharged. Recommended

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting for business and ended up extending my stay just to relax in the spa. The service here is top-notch, front desk, cleaning staff everyone is polite and genuine. The breakfast buffet deserves its own review, so fresh and varied. Parking is right in front, very convenient. At night, the karaoke bar was full of energy and laughter. Everything in general felt perfectly managed. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Hotel near the busy road as my whole family cannot sleep well. The location is good near mall and restaurants. The hotel is abit run down as most of the service staffs can’t speak English.

The location is good, right across from a large shopping mall. However, the hotel feels more like a guesthouse, and the environment is pretty average.
