Hello, today at the Samruk guest house, an employee named Svetlana came to the reception desk, knocked on the door and asked me to pay the money. I ask that because of such an employee, guests do not come to the guest house. I will not come again, and I will not say that other people's advice is good about this Samruk guest house. The employee Svetlan Doreky Soleydi says that the time is over. Please come when you have enough money. I am Abishev Bauyrzhan, a client of the Samruk guest house since yesterday. I didn't get service. A woman named Svetlana did not respond properly to my words.
Clean, moderately comfortable and spacious (double room). The price is reasonable. Delivery of quite good and filling food to your room. The plumbing is fine. But it is noisy (as in any other hotel of this class). Verdict: more likely yes than no. More than enough for your money. If you need luxury and comfort, go closer to the shore and prepare some money.
