Very nice and modern hotel. Quiet, comfortable and cozy. Good accommodations and easy to get around the city. I recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days and had a positive experience.
The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The common areas were clean and comfortable.
The room itself was cozy, clean, and bright. There was a wardrobe and bedside tables, and thick curtains that completely darkened the room. The shower had good pressure and very hot water (an extra star ⭐️).
Thank you for your hospitality 🤗

A new hotel near the Presidential Park in Astana.
A typical modern mini-hotel with 21 rooms.
We had a double room with a large bed (two singles pushed together). There was a nightstand and a small closet. There was a TV, but I never turned it on. The room is quite small; it's assumed you'll only be sleeping there. There's no safe in the room.
The shower and toilet with sink are still new, everything works, and we're unlikely to have any issues anytime soon. There were soap and gels, but we used our own. Towels are provided.
There's a fairly spacious shared kitchen with two stoves, two refrigerators, two electric kettles, and a flow-through water filter. There's a wide variety of dishes. The only downside is the lack of a dishwasher. Everyone washes their own dishes, and not everyone does it well.
The common area has two sofas, tables, and armchairs. There are plenty of outlets, allowing us to sit and work on our laptop all day. There's WiFi, but it's extremely poor in the evenings. During the day, if no one else is there, you can video chat, but if someone else is working, the channel gets really clogged.
There's air conditioning in the lobby.
My wife and I stayed for a week. We booked on Booking.com for 80,000 tenge (for 6 nights), but upon check-in, they raised the price to 100,000. Unpleasant.
As I said before, it's a typical new mini-hotel. The rooms are similar in amenities to Ibis Economy. However, the hotel also has rooms without windows. Although, again, I repeat, there's no space in the room; you'll only be able to sleep there.
There are plenty of mini-stores nearby, including a Small supermarket.
My recommendation for the hotel is to stock the kitchen with at least the necessary ingredients for cooking, at least salt, because no one seems to care for it. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also buy sugar, sunflower oil, and tea. Then the kitchen will have a "standard minimum."
