We checked into the hotel late in the evening with children. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The main entrance could use better upkeep, as it is the first thing guests see and sets the overall impression. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, and we found a small bone on the floor, raising concerns about cleanliness. The pillows were quite hard and made of foam, which could be improved for better guest comfort.

Transparency regarding additional services could be enhanced. For example, the pool and sauna required an extra fee, but this was not clearly stated in the advertisement. Breakfast starts late at 8:00 AM, though the staff kindly allowed us in a few minutes earlier, which we appreciated. However, the quality of the breakfast could be improved—the omelet was cold, giving the impression that it had been prepared in advance.

Another aspect that could enhance the guest experience is the availability of complimentary tea bags and extra water in the room, which is a standard amenity in many hotels.

We appreciate the hospitality of the staff and hope the hotel considers these suggestions for improvement. Enhancing cleanliness, comfort, and transparency about additional services would help create a more pleasant stay for future guests.
