Well done, the hotel is excellent overall, the minibar was excellent. The standard room, 16,000 rubles, is not bad, clean, nice, big TV, all amenities. The fact that we arrived and the renovations were a bit inconvenient was a bit of a shame. A huge thank you to the staff, everyone was kind and polite.

We called and booked a room. We finally arrived, and the girl told us there were no rooms. The room had supposedly been extended. She supposedly left us another room. But then she gave that one away too. Why didn't she even call and warn us? She offered us a VIP room in an hour, but how can we wait an hour at midnight, especially since it's already cold outside? We said then, for screwing up, we'll get a room at the price of the one we booked. She refused. What kind of staff are they??? The service has been getting worse and worse lately. I've booked so many times, and then I show up and there are no rooms. It's utterly horrible! I'll never set foot in this hotel again! Or change your screw-up employees!

The sauna is excellent, the steam room is decent, it's clean and cozy. There are all sorts of soft sofas, a pool table, a swimming pool—everything you need for a good time with friends. The price is fantastic; other places are much more expensive and the service leaves much to be desired!!!

The restaurant is not big, convenient for a close company to get together. Kitchen for an amateur. Everyone was served cold for a banquet of 25 people.

Great little restaurant, everything is delicious, homemade. Friendly staff, the guys are trying, the hostess is beautiful. I recommend

Were here once. Celebrated the birthday of the child. The location is great for family celebrations. The hall is not big but very cozy. The kitchen is excellent. There is one disadvantage of no parking at all, as it is located in the courtyard of a residential building, so it’s better to take a taxi. And who goes to a restaurant in his car))))

Stopped many times for work. Good hotel for average money. Recently renovated. The only thing missing is the comfort of the rooms. It is worth to diversify the breakfasts. It would be nice to add a kettle and tea making facilities to the rooms.
