I stayed at the Zhasybay hotel, I was on a business trip, the room was clean and comfortable. The administrator is polite and the cuisine is excellent, everything is homemade.

The staff is polite, the bed is clean and fresh. There is no dust on the furniture or floor. The temperature is comfortable. The room is smoky, immediately from the threshold there is a tart smell of tobacco, the bedside rug is dirty, the tulle on the window is also dirty. 6000 for 12 hours is a bit expensive.

Service is a disaster. Relatively clean. Breakfast, which is included, consists of a slice of cheap sausage and cheese, without bread and tea, to be honest you get one egg. For 1.5 days no one cleaned the room. The overall impression is "Miracle of Miracles"

Lived for work. I didn't choose the number. I didn’t like the excessive hardness of the bed and the interesting drainage system from the shower stall. Water from under the cabin runs along the floor to the center of the room of the combined bathroom, where there is a drain in the floor... Otherwise, there is little interesting. Breakfast is worth it in terms of quantity, content and taste. The service is not intrusive. I think it's all about the money.
