Very quiet. Good beds. Shower good but no soap tray. Staff very helpful getting transportation. Only service room every 3 days

Polite staff, delicious food, and a full meal plan for 3,000 tenge. The rooms are clean and cozy, and ours has a balcony. There's a park nearby for a stroll. There's a conference room on the 6th floor.

This place is disgusting. They didn't clean the room, didn't refill the bathroom toiletries, didn't take out the trash. When I asked why, they said cleaning was on the third day and the maids had already left that evening. The bathroom stall door was broken, and water was all over the floor. There were stains everywhere, on the curtains and shelves. The only lighting was a lamp on the bedside tables and a floor lamp.

This is a good place for accommodation - nice rooms, clean bedding, pretty good location, helpful staff and very good restaurant. Breakfast is included. Private car parking is also available and free.

Stayed recently at this hotel. I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaning is done in a timely manner. The staff are very polite and helpful. Thanks to the administrator Gulmira. An attentive and individual approach to each client. The breakfasts are full and tasty. I liked the set meals very much, they cook like at home. When we are in Nur-Sultan, we will definitely stop here. Recommend.

There is a cafe inside where the cuisine is delicious. Ramen noodles are generally superb. In general, it is delicious to eat here. By the way, a cozy hostel OHANA boutique hostel is located 500 meters away.
