Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes. Will definitely come back here when I visit Astana again

The hotel is close to the yurt-shaped shopping mall (Khan Shatyr). A good 20-25 minutes walk to the Baiterek Tower. If I understand well it is the ex-Marriott hotel. Unfortunately, the new hotel management is not doing a good job to maintain the Marriott standard. Just a few examples: the safe was not working in my room. The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed in my hand as it got loose. At check-in I asked if I could have an early check-in, but I was told that check-in is only at 15:00. Not sure why this was not possible when there were free rooms from the previous night (I of course checked availability the evening before). I also asked for the possibility of late check-out. I was told I can keep the room until 14:00. The next morning this was down to 13:00. Not a big deal, but all these small things do add up so I am only giving you a solid 3 stars, not more!

A beautiful, good hotel with a wonderful view of the entire left bank. The food is delicious, on the 27th floor there is a bar The Sky, there are night parties, a live band, we had a snack there during the day, the prices are affordable. There is a spa, a gym, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a dry sauna. A good buffet, but 15 minutes before the end of the meal schedule they warn that they will close. Usually in other hotels the main thing is to manage to come in on time, and you leave when you want, no one kicks you out. A big minus of the hotel is that there is no children's play area. This is a serious drawback for families with children, especially since it is not the most expensive area in terms of space and money. We were with 3 children, we only went to the pool and watched cartoons in the room.

Wonderful hotel! Luxurious rooms with an incredible view of the new Astana. The room is clean and spacious. The room has everything you need: a safe, a kettle and tea accessories, an iron, a hairdryer. A large TV with a good selection of channels. Minibar. A good bathroom with a shower, bidet and a large mirror. An incredible bed with snow-white sheets. On the territory there is a good spa complex with 2 saunas, a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a gym, a solarium, and most importantly a swimming pool. Pleases with a very varied, delicious and chic breakfast (buffet format)! Meals, snacks, food, drinks - for every taste. Friendly staff! Competent front office specialists. Special thanks to the cooks and Housekeeping staff. Very satisfied!
