Location is great. Rooms are clean and modern. They also arranged an airport shuffle for us and gave us breakfast in a lunchbox at 6AM, even though the breakfast starts later. Staff is english-speaking and friendly.

Facilities: The bed is average, the pillows are quite high, and there are no slippers! There are Chinese sockets.

It's so weird. When I arrived at the store, they said there were no rooms.
Late at night, sold us to other hotels.
Another hotel raised its price after one night's stay.

The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

The location is a bit far from the city center, hotel is a bit old but room is okay and the staff, they are so good and friendly, service is good but the room is not sound proof, heard someone doing some silly things from the room next to mine.

Although it faces the street, it is very quiet and the room is clean. The price of an express hotel in second-tier cities in China is more like a hotel, but the facilities are average. A highlight is that the breakfast is good and there is a good local restaurant nearby.
