The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. Park across the street is fantastic - english style, big enough to get lost, very convenient way to the beach, has cute amber museum on premises… cafe and the shop.

Amazing hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast buffet has a variety foods and lovely coffee even with alternative milks, 1 minute to the beach. Cons: While making a reservation on their page, we wrote a message that we are coming for a honey moon. We kindly asked to prepare our room accordingly (if possible). Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

The whole hotel and spa looked really relaxing, modern and easy to find. The hotel had a nice area and is quite close to the sea. It was quiet and peaceful. UPA is an amazing place to relax. It has great facilities, food is tasty, rooms are super clean, however, it lacks a little bit of sound proofing, because you can hear neighbours with crying babies fairly well. Nice small hotel not far from the center. There is a small pool with a sauna. The staff mostly speaks English and Russian, apart from Lithuanian, except for the bartender lady. It's in the heart of the old city, with a great location. The rooms are divided into an old building and a new building, and you have to walk through the second-floor corridor to the elevator in the new building. I stayed in the new building, and the hotel said the lobby was renovated this year (2025), and the rooms have also been renovated in recent years. It's very new!

Conveniently close to the pedestrian street and the city center. Nukkavieru. Upon arrival, Wünderbaum was forgotten in the room, which was suspicious. Fortunately, the room had its own balcony. Breakfast was basic. Parking was only found with a navigator and even then by searching.

Great hotel and location This location is perfect for visiting the beach, local shops and restaurants. I was surprised that I would have to reserve a time and pay to use the hot tub. I skipped my usual 15 minute dip.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The restaurant is very small, so you need to book a time for breakfast in advance.

The hotel do not give any reward for gold members or if you have stayed at the hotel for many days. Even after several moths I did not get any benefit, like free acess to spa or reduced price. They do not refill free drinking water at the room you have to change room every day if you want free water. So grate hotel but no reward if you stay long or come often.

Great place Far superior to our other hotel stays. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the old town and the Coruna Spit. Our room was an upgrade and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was an excellent spread of choices.

Very nice hotel in near old town. Hall is very picturesque! Much appreciating a very nice breakfast which varies day after day. Rooms are rather spacious, however bath is rather awkwardly placed as all eater pours on the floor.
