It's in the heart of Bukit Bintang from where everything is easily accessible. I would like to mention that the two receptionist Ms. Liya and Ms. Noor were very helpful whenever needed they come with the possible solutions. Thanks to them. But the room cleanliness can be improved along with washroom.

Great for a budget hotel. Provided toothbrushes, toothpastes and slippers on top of water bottles and coffee mix. Spacious room. Wardrobe and dresser.

My second time in KL and another not very good hotel. Again like in first one there was one cockroach in the room bed sheets and towels were dirty and we had no windows. Only good thing in this hotel was that is in Bukit Bintang and you have everything around so it's in a convenient place. Just change dirty bed sheets and towels and hotel will be much better.

Great small hotel. Comes up with great simple rooms.
Room is great, perfect room size, clean, no smell at all.
Hot shower exist so does hot water kettle boiler for you to make instant coffee - milk or tea.
Extremely near to the food lots, Alor street, malls. Most important, near to the MRT station. Price? For such location that near street foods , minimart, money changer (right at the hotel side) and super near MRT, it's ULTRA-Amazingly cheap! 👍👍👍👍

Air con in room was way too noisy when I checked in, but housekeeping was knocking on my door within minutes and instructed me to activate Quiet mode on the air con remote controller. Was better thereafter.
Counter staff were polite and efficient.
Room cleanliness was acceptable.
Location is excellent. Value for money.

Average standard. Rooms are small. But near everywhere. Alor was just behind this hotel

Very friendly staff and the hotel is very close to most of the shopping complex in kl city center it's also very close to the metro station
