Room is large, bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean and there is fridge, iron and hair dryer in the room. The parking is shared with mall parking and the hotel charged rm5 per day.

Atmosphere is great, room is very clean and amenities were provided and quality is good. Room came with a coffee machine.

Was at this hotel for 1 night to celebrate my birthday. Hotel is attached to pearl point shopping mall. Parking is also shared with the mall at a flat rate rm5 per day. Parking is ok, spacious and a lot. The mall has a few eateries. Check in was ok but can be a bit faster. We book the executive room which comes with free hi tea set and free buffet supper. The room is spacious, modern and clean with nice branded toileteries from london. There's coffee machine too. They also gave us a complimentary slice cake. The mattress is of good quality and new. The free hi tea set was ok but does feel like a budget set and can be better. Only 1 type of cake given? The supper buffet was very limited and not worth going (only some instant dim sum, teochew porridge and curry laksa...i think they can add a bit of stir fried noodles/dishes from their buffet dinner). No hot drinks available too for supper. The buffet breakfast was so-so. The prata is soggy and not nice. No coffee machine. Most of the food just so-so. Overall while the executive room feels very nice but i think the hotel should improve on the restaurant food. Can be much better experience.

Overall, the experiences with the hotel is quite pleasing and comfortable stay. We arrived at 4pm and front desk was quite packed and long queue, but the Indian FO manager is quite nice and helped us to check in from the back office. The room is also clean, tidy and spacious. The Chinese staff Jackson is also quite serviced oriented, smiles a lot and really shows good attitude. The hotel is also connected to the mall directly via lift for more food and shopping.

Slightly Downside for me, they charge fee for an ice bucket, and the breakfast buffet spread is very limited, but overall is still good enough.

Overall very good stay. Just that the room is quite old and you can see marks on the door like someone tried to break in. Safety wise not the best as anyone entering the mall can take the lift to guest staying rooms, they should improve the security by requesting a room card to tap before pressing your floor.

We loved our room—it was incredibly spacious, and we were treated to complimentary peanuts and chocolates. The room also featured a coffee machine, bathrobes, and shaving kits complete with cream. We appreciated the thoughtful addition of lotion, and the amenities like shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo had a lovely jasmine and rose scent, which was not typical of most hotels.

The hotel's location on the 5th level of a shopping mall was convenient for families, offering easy access to dining options, karaoke sessions, and a jungle gym. I will definitely consider bringing my family here again, although I will need to find an alternative for better parking rates.
