Traveling solo as a woman, I found this hotel to be excellent overall. The room was spotless, and the front desk staff were helpful with my luggage upon arrival. The elevator requires a key card, which made me feel very secure. When I checked in, I requested a quiet room, and they were happy to accommodate me. For check-out, they extended my time by two hours and even helped load my luggage into the car. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to KLCC and Pavilion, both less than a 10-minute walk away.

Good location, very friendly service (both receptionists and security guards!). We love the free afternoon tea service. However, room cleanliness should be improved.

Facilities: Well-maintained, and the location is superb, within walking distance to popular attractions.
The only minor drawbacks are that the rooftop pool is a bit small and the breakfast selection isn't extensive, but overall, it's great value for money.

The room facilities are fantastic, very clean, and the service is excellent. It's just a 7-8 minute walk to Berjaya Times Square, and getting to the Petronas Twin Towers is also very convenient. There are Indian restaurants and ramen shops right outside. Highly recommended! Our room even had a city view, and we could see both the Twin Towers and KL Tower right from our bed.

The hotel is a quiet oasis in a bustling area, with excellent facilities and no unpleasant odors. It's also conveniently located for transportation. As a nice touch, they even gave us a welcome gift on our first day.

The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Room is wide enough and real two beds room. Shower water is comfortable. Walkable to the Pavilion shopping mall, even thru the china town.

Stayed during Chinese New Year and the hotel even gave out red packets! Great for families with kids. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Pavilion and Jalan Alor night market. It's also close to the MRT station, making it super convenient for getting around by taxi or subway. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby too.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so the front desk immediately arranged afternoon tea for us. The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to the popular '网红M记' (a famous McDonald's often featured by influencers) and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and Jalan Alor is just 500 meters away. I had originally planned to book a return stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was fully booked, which is a bit of a shame.

I would love to visit again! Although entering the car park posed a challenge at first, the security staff quickly stepped in to assist. Check-in was incredibly smooth, perhaps the fastest I’ve experienced, and the welcome drink added a lovely touch. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a premier room for our 3D2N stay, reminding us that sometimes, luck is on our side.
The room was inviting, featuring a free minibar and a tea break for snacks, enhancing our experience. The location is fantastic! Mr. Farid was a beacon of helpfulness, offering the best ways to explore, while Mr. Anamul from dining truly elevated our stay by attentively checking in on our needs, making the entire experience unforgettable.
Even the security guard are more like a bellboy, is so helpful and rich with smile ( i think the hotel should change their uniform )

The staff were very enthusiastic, and there's an afternoon tea buffet. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both taxis and walking.

Hygiene: Acceptable for this price point.
Facilities: All good.
Free minibar: Includes juice.

Service: Midday service available, and communication was seamless.
