We stayed at NH Kuda Rah Resort recently and we were a bit nervous about what the island would be like for snorkeling or diving or the resort for staying. However, we need not have worried at all. There is wonderful snorkeling around the island and the dive school is always offering boat trips to other snorkeling and dive spots. For this atoll and part of Maldives you're well situated. The crew at the dive school is friendly and knowledgeable!
But now to the real star of the trip, the resort itself. It is possibly smaller than some, but it has so much charm. The interiors and design are very soothing and instantly give you an elegant and relaxed beach vibe. The staff , and here words truly fail me, are incredible. They go out of the way , from welcoming you to making sure you have everything you need at any given point. My particular big thanks to the restaurant staff and servers who were incredibly professional and friendly. Two thumbs up for such hospitality!!
Our rooms were clean, the food was delicious ( with many vegetarian options, though sometimes just a bit too spicy😅) and the views and vibe in and around the resort were extremely relaxing . The wonderful people of this island resort make you feel welcome and appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!!

The service staff at NH Kuda Rah are true gems to the resort. The restaurant helmed by exquisite Exec Chef Mr Farish was truely fantastic! The food starting from breakfast to dinner was totally great and our whole family really enjoyed the gourmet meals during our 5 days stay. Restaurant service was top notch by Superviser Mr Manjit and team members like Imam, Sous Chef Rubel, who remember us by name and our usual orders of coffee and our preferred types of omelette. We also truely enjoyed the seafood BBQ buffet dinner during our mid stay as they prepared our tables close to the gentle waves of the ocean with soft lighting from the kerosene lamps. Rubel was also our BBQ Chef that evening and his grilled dishes were amazing. Our lunches consisting of speciality pizzas and nanchos etc from the pool lounge was also very enjoyable together with the great and friendly service provided by Mr Akbar. Our villa attendants Mr Hassan and Mr Bayezid were great with their attentiveness and daily smiles. Our spa specialists Ms Opal and Ms Ayu were truely magical too and we cant get enough of their skillful therapies. Our villa host Ms Aster who attended to our family from the seaplane arrival till departure was very kind and patient with our queries. We can also never forget Mr Nishan who was our ever energetic recreational guide bringing us along for our external coral reef snorkels and neighbouring islands excursions! Our manta ray excursion with the diving centre was disappointing but Mr Nishan's coral reefs really made up for it. Thank you Mr Nishan for those wonderful underwater memories! Lastly we are very appreciative to Mr Ikoo the front office Manager who was with us through thick and thin. As we had a very late flight back to Singapore, he managed to arrange the latest seaplane flight possible due to available daylight and safety concerns and he even booked us a lounge stay at the seaplane terminal to rest during the long hours before the flight. In all, the staff teams made our holiday memorable and we wish them all the best after their property assets enhancement! Well done teams!

Great stay in the Maldives ! The NH Kuda Rah resort welcomed us in the best way. Our honeymoon was magical, welcome, villa, catering, activities and excursions, massages... Everyone's smile added a lot to our stay. We especially thank Lisa, our hostess, and Bayezid for the sweet touch in our villa everything morning, but we also thank all the staff of reception, restaurant and bar, cleaning and massage. We recommend this resort for all people who wish to stay in the Maldives, everything is done to enjoy the trip.

The resort is newly renovated & it was a wide property with very large rooms… the food buffet had very large variety with both veg & non veg!! The room service & staff was extremely sweet & helpful!!!

Superb service! All the staff are very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ismail who welcomed us and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Bayezid from housekeeping kept our villa tidy and made our stay comfortable. Lastly, Akbar from the pool bar was very engaging and so personable. The resort is a lot more beautiful in person than in photos. It's a perfect place for relaxation.

Spending 10 nights at NH Kuda Rah. Ikoo, Front Office Manager is very attentive and wants to make sure his guests enjoy a lovely stay. He offered me a Pina Colada straight upon arrival and gave a complimentary upgrade to a Duplex Beach Suite, THANK YOU. The breakfast and dinner options are delicious and fresh. During breakfast there's a lovely buffet and a la carte egg options included which are prepared a la minute, the coffee is really good here. At dinner you can choose between 4 different menu's: fish, meat, vegetarian and Indian and or select amongst the menu's for whatever you like. They also organize very nice beach dinners included in half board. It's a small, quiet island located close to Dhigurah local island famous for its long stretch of beach/sand bank with lovely dive spots nearby. The house reef is abundant of fish and lots of big sharks while snorkeling. The resort also organises lots of day and evening excursions. A lovely stay!!! Thank you!

My Husband and I are here now, staying for 6 nights. This place is heaven on earth. Although I'm completely new to snorkeling, I can honestly say it is incredible to see such huge amounts of vibrantly coloured and varied species right in front of the lodges, not much more than knee deep! The dive centre staff are so friendly too and very knowledgeable. Tomorrow we hope to swim with the whale shark and feel confident in their expert guidance. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive and friendly. The food and drinks are great (especially the cocktails). It's quiet season now and the island is quiet but that suits us and has meant we can talk longer with the staff and ask about themselves and vice versa.The lodge is kept spotless and supplies refreshed daily. Thank you to everyone here. The island is a dream and you are all making this a very memorable holiday!

We were especially impressed with how carefully they handled food allergies, even preparing special dishes so that everyone could enjoy meals with peace of mind.
The housekeeping service deserves special recognition: the young man in charge was extremely kind and left our room spotless every single day, quickly and efficiently, which made it easy to fully relax and unwind.
On top of that, both the staff and the other guests created a very pleasant, calm, and family-friendly atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax, escape from the daily routine, and enjoy quality time together. While the activities offered are not many, the ones available are fun and add to the overall experience.

Seriously, NH Maldives blew my sisters and me away! From the moment we arrived and left, we felt incredibly welcome and looked after, thanks to their truly great hospitality. We enjoyed every single moment and felt completely safe throughout our stay, which was so reassuring.
The food was out of this world with amazing variety – every dish was delicious! They even had the chef personally come chat about my allergies, which was just next-level service. Beyond the incredible eats, the diving center was fantastic, and I even did a snorkeling trip with the manager, who was an absolute pro! The underwater world there is breathtaking. For pure relaxation, the spa was also great, and the hotel itself offer fantastic activities like local island visit, yoga and meditation right in front of the sea, which for us was the perfect way to start the day.
