We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They constantly made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
The location was also fantastic - everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be returning! Highly recommended.

Hotel Flamingo is incredibly good, all praise for the staff, hygiene and kindness. The breakfast is correct, maybe add a little more fresh fruit and vegetables. It is located near the sea, there are many shops and stores around and near the center. Malta is beautiful and has interesting content that should not be missed and a nice experience to drive on the left side🥳

Breakfast was great! But it didn't start until 7 am, and the soundproofing was a bit poor. The hairdryer adapter seemed to have been taken by other tourists, so we had to use our own. The air conditioning didn't feel cold at all, I don't know if it was locked in winter.

Wasn’t good specially the lady she’s working in Reception she was rude also i other duplex room double bed they give me normal room With two single beds also not looking same the room how look in the pics in Website unfortunately was bed Experience

The room we chose when booking on booking.com was supposed to be 'de luxe'. We received a handicap accessible room, with minimal furniture so that a person in a wheelchair could move around the room. Instead of a nice shower in the room, we got a shower with a curtain. The bathroom lacked furniture and there was nowhere to put toiletries.
2 out of 4 days we had no hot water in the room. The last night we had no water in the room at all! Because of which we could not bathe before departure. The staff every time we made our comments was unable to help us....
The hotel claims to have offered various forms of compensation, but none of them were presented to us in time. After filing a complaint, I received no refund or satisfactory response.
I do not understand why the hotel is rated so high.... On google maps reviews coincide with our experience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, as the level of service and the standards of the offered services are far below what one would expect for such a price.

Hotel itself was lovely; free tea and coffee provided in the restaurant, friendly receptionists, spacious rooms and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Lots of things within walking distance. Reception is 24/7, so don't worry if you have an early flight and require an early check out.
Main downside was that it got very noisy at night - this noise was outside and beyond the hotel's control, but it did make it difficult to sleep (noise went on until 4-5am). Likely just a product of the area - St Julian's is known for parties!
In general, I would recommend this hotel - practical location, friendly staff & comfortable rooms. Just make sure to bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I highly recommend the hotel, clean, rooms cleaned every day, and most importantly, a minute's walk to bus stops. The hotel service was very nice.
