Hotels with pool in St Julians

Cleanliness was good we didn't have any problem with the towels or the bed sheets and the bathroom was also kept clean

We did not use the swimming pool located on the roof of the hotel, because the sea was still warm and we decided to go to one of the nearby beaches that are close to the hotel, right across the road along the promenade

My only complaints are that there was only 1 electricity outlet in the entire room so we had to take turns charging our phones and there was also no sound proofing so as a result we would go to sleep very late and wake up very early from the noises

The pool is clean and tidy, maybe we could use it, but the sea still pulled us away, because we are not at the Mediterranean Sea every day

I requested face towels at the front desk, but they were never provided

The breakfast service was very good, but the rooms didn't have towels or cleaning products. We requested a check-up and a remote control for the TV, but they never brought it to us.

Good, clean hotel. Average price. Very good price for what is offering. A good indian restaurant is at the floor. In the summer thay have a pool. The top floors offer a good view at the bay.

The hotel is on a good location, very close to many restaurants, shops and the public transportation. It is very clean, you get new towels on a daily level. Downside is the bed, it is uncomfortable, and really squickie

From the moment you walk in the door you are taken care of. the reception staff and housekeeping are wonderful. Room with sea view and balcony so relaxing! Can't recommend Dean Hamlet and it's wonderful people enough

Clean hotel, helpful staff, central to all your needs, but still located in a quiet area of St.Julian's. Offering an award winning Indian restaurant Rasoi - mouth watering food. Don't miss out.

However, what makes the location great is it's tucked up a quiet triq, no noise, no traffic, tranquil! We had the pleasure of a long stay, 2 months and will definitely be back

Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain

The bar next door played music till 4 am but it didn't bother me, but bring ear plugs if it bothers you. Right on the sea front, such a perfect location!

This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the *****. Doors are locked at night for safety

Great stay for 3 nights with great food, we stayed half board. We paid extra for a sea view and it was an amazing view! Totally worth the money

I stayed in this hotel in February 2025 and I was very happy with the service. The room was basic, but clean and quiet - that's all I really need, and the bathroom was very modern and clean, with a decent shower

As students of EF, we know the rules and signs for it being 18 years of age do not give you the right to be rude and aggressive to someone whom render their service to ensure your comfortness

I hope his trip was a pleasant one, albeit under sad circumstances. In conclusion, this hotel is fine considering the price I paid

The staff was sooooo kind and friendly to both me and my little dog Apollo. They were super accommodating to my weird check in/check out times. The continental breakfast was small but very fresh and good

The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly, and they offer coffee and hot cocoa. They come to ask us every day if we need cleaning, and they greet us when we come in and out. Highly recommended.

My brother’s family (2 adults and a 6-year-old) stayed at the Spinola Hotel from 30 January to 2 February 2026 and had a very pleasant stay

The receptionist staff were excellent, especially Jay Naranja who made sure everything was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel is perfectly located in a central area, making it easy to get around

In general, i didnt like the area though - overcrowded with tiny streets, it was stressful to walk around

Overall, great value for money and highly recommended

Great value for money. Victorian era building. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here but understand from friends that it now closed

This is a Victorian style Hotel. Great food and Buffets, very clean. The staff are nice people and very helpfull. Racomended to all ages of Tourists especially those who like British culture like me.

This was one of the most pleasant hotels we visited! Despite the central location it was quiet and harmonious. A short walk down the hill so we were right in the thick of things, either bad or the shopping/culture

Certain tolled the bells of the church next door but we are in a very religious country! To say something so you could have had a bit more channels on the TV

From the minute we arrived at the hotel the we received a warm genuine welcome. The reception staff were very quick and efficient getting us checked in and settled into our room

Couldn't fault the hotel and staff. This is ours fourth time to the area of Sliema, Malta. Love this area been coming since 2004, but first time sonce 2014. Great for exploring the island most excursions leave from here

It was great to relax by the pool watching the sunset! The location is also great, as the bus stop is nearby and you can take a bus to the Gozo Island tour! A taxi from the airport costs 20 euros! You can also swim in the sea right in front of the hotel! Everyone was swimming!

Breakfast was great! But it didn't start until 7 am, and the soundproofing was a bit poor. The hairdryer adapter seemed to have been taken by other tourists, so we had to use our own

We had a great stay at the V. Comfy, Clean, quiet, great value, staff got you whatever you needed with no fuss. Super happy with our stay. Loved the location too.

Hotel Flamingo is incredibly good, all praise for the staff, hygiene and kindness. The breakfast is correct, maybe add a little more fresh fruit and vegetables

It is located near the sea, there are many shops and stores around and near the center. Malta is beautiful and has interesting content that should not be missed and a nice experience to drive on the left side🥳

I stayed for 7 nights in a row and was upgraded to a quadruple room. However, the room was quite old and a bit dusty. However, the breakfast was good and the price was affordable

Great location - Right middle of Paceville, room is small and old but washroom is clean, hot water for shower, toilet works well, towels provided

Great apartment, stay a few years, Internet, cleaning once a week almost flat with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,crockery, Yeah, don't have the full selection of knives, pots and pans, but not only for that, we in Malta come))) location - near Balluta bay, a beautiful Bay, good restaurants, local shops nearby, you can buy groceries, fruit, etc

Comfortable apartment, good service, well equipped and it was quite close to every thing, parking in the area wasn't too bad but the place has parking but remember to book it if you need it

Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a central location in Malta with staff who will bend over backwards to assist you with anything you require

Nice and quiet place. Grocery shop at the door steps. Very close to Sliema promenade. Perfect for families with kids.

It's quite clean, not very quiet, but it's quite convenient to go anywhere. If you book a sea view room, remember to request a high floor, because the lower floors don't have a view of the sea at all

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel – the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent and varied, with the option of eating it on the rooftop terrace – fantastic

It was very pretty and safe! The pool was very nice and not too busy, we did go in November. It was walking distance to the city and all the clubs!

Cafeteria is good. Pool good. Family friendly good. There is no silence hour, nor a security guard to calm down the drunks. Need to push them to clean. No privet parking , parking at neighbors recommended.

The kitchen isn’t fully equipped and a lot of times the stuff you need is in kitchens in other apartments. The locks are kind of difficult to manage, especially the bathroom locks. They often lock when you shut the door

Furthermore there are the bugs. There are some in the bathroom, even cockroaches. However the staff is very nice. If you need anything they usually get you that stuff. The reception is open 24/7 and even has bug spray

The bathroom was gorgeous, only small downside was that the shower didn't quite drain away properly, but this was no real consequence

Everything is very good. Just shower water very small and nit very hot.  This hotel has in room kitchen which is very nice.

Location is good with a lot going on nearby, staff are friendly and the pool is nice. Abdul at reception especially is really welcoming and helped us whenever we had any issues, which helped make the stay more enjoyable

Pool area on the roof was nice, but the bar there is always closed. Lots of noise, in common with everywhere else in Paceville. During the day it is from construction work, and at night from the partying youths outside

The hotel was lovely, clean and very central to the madness of Paceville I don’t think people realise this when booking hotels in the paceville area, one of our party had an extremely grumpy security guard banging on be door after a noise complaint ( it was 7pm an she was on FaceTime with her mum) other than that we had a great time

Our room was on the 4th floor, very spacious and with a big balcony facing Spinola Bay. Bathroom was also spacious with a beautiful walk in shower. We had our towels changed twice in a week, that was nice

Execellent Hotel, location and staff! The sea view junior suite room was huge , just missing some additional lux furniture for the size of the room. However, one of the best locations in Malta/ St Julians

Buses are frequent and there is a stop just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choices. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Juliani and we highly recommend it

The view from the balcony was stunning. It is a busy area but once we closed the window we couldn't hear a thing and slept always very well. There is plenty of restaurants around

That black-and-white checkered floor + bright orange bed and sofa is so cool and different. Looks fancy but still comfy and fun. Honestly, best boutique stay we’ve had in Malta

It’s a great place to be, nice and quiet location, but you got everything around. It has a gym, spa and a small pool on the roof. The room was like a flat and beautiful. If you like English breakfast you will be happy

Overall the room was quite spacious and fully equipped, certainly has a wow factor, the only let down was the breakfast - it was not really varied, it felt quite cheap, water and milk served in plastic bottles which were stained etc

As second time visitors to Malta we wanted to stay in an authentic area but be close to the shops, restaurants and buses. Last but not least the staff were all very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful

The location of the hotel could not have been more perfect, 10 minutes from Sliema waterfront and also Baluta Bay, 21/22 bus just round the corner to Valetta

We had a brilliant stay at Palazzo Violetta. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, our room was lovely and clean and the pool area was great too

From start to finish we had a wonderful holiday at Palazzo Violetta. We booked direct and got an excellent deal and the suite with terrace was perfect

Great location close to sea front, but far enough away to be peaceful. Excellent rooms, suites have sofas and kitchenettes and lovely bathrooms. Food and drinks served in room or at the pool and breakfast is lovely.

A nice, clean hotel close to the bus stop. Towels and slippers in the rooms. Tea and coffee for free. Good breakfast. P.s. Do not confuse with Villa Violetta on the opposite side of the road.
