A nice little hotel. Ultra clean, friendly staff, and relatively quieter than youd expect from the location. You will just need to bring shower gel, hand soap and whatever else as they dont provide them; and the garden would be quite nice if it was nicely cared for. If we were to come back to Paceville (probably wont) we would be happy to stay there again.

Based on the reviews, I didn't expect much, but the location is excellent, and the rooms and cleanliness are great too.

Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain. This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the strip. Doors are locked at night for safety.

Read a lot of views about rude staff and this was not the case. I feel that staff are being rude to and that when you are respectful you are treated accordingly. I absolutely loved this hotel! The room was big, the bed super comfortable and the receptionist was extremely nice! And the view from my room! Wow!! I didn't have the chance to eat breakfast or to use the swimming pool but overall amazing experience.

It's a quiet place from the party sea-side. Beautiful and great kitchen provides local dishes on any day of the week, they made me ask for recipes and ingredients and the chef shared them. The rooms need updating: walls need to be repainted & mold remediation. We wish we had known there was only a tub, no stand-up shower; I would have brought bathtub-appropriate products. The staff were incredibly friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was quite good. It's very close to the sea and has several restaurants nearby. There's usually street parking, and if it's full, there's a parking garage across the street with reasonable prices.
