Avoid Staying Here – Disappointing Experience

My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

The problems started right from check-in. The evening manager, Suhan, assigned us Room 301. The AC was not working, and the room was located next to the lobby door, which banged constantly throughout the day and night, making it impossible to rest. The WiFi was painfully slow, comparable to speeds from decades ago. Despite raising these concerns, no proper action was taken.

The room itself left much to be desired. It didn’t feel clean, and the blanket had no cover—only a white bedsheet was provided, which was unacceptable. Every morning, the strong smell of oil and breakfast filled the room and the entire lobby, which was extremely uncomfortable.

The lift was outdated and barely functional, adding to the uneasiness of staying here.

The bathroom was another major issue. The bathtub water didn’t drain properly, but we chose to ignore it as we didn’t use it often. However, on the third day, the toilet clogged completely, rendering it unusable. While the staff moved us to a different room after this incident, the second room also had plumbing issues, with a clogged sink. By then, we were too exhausted to complain further and waited to check out.

I considered sharing a picture of the clogged toilet but decided against it to avoid upsetting others.

Breakfast was mediocre at best, and overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and lacking in basic amenities.

This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I recommend avoiding this property entirely.

The hotel does not meet any standards in terms of cleanliness and amenities

3 rooms in the first 2 days.

This Hotel is very tired and is no way 3 stars which TUI is advertised.

Our first room was 202 and dirty and noisy due to being above the night club which is on until 1am it was also beside the left.

Constant noise with the doors and locks, you will figure this out within 2 mins of being in your room.

We was then put in another room 508 which had Brown hot water, apparently the Giza Tank was contaminated.

Then moved to 405, although better it was still tired and not as clean as would like.

It is a shame because the location is great and the view is excellent.

Please note the pool picture you see is a pool 15 mins away which you and 300 overs have access to.

I would not return due to the Bois which is constant and not getting and quality sleep.

WiFi don’t work properly and therefore the TV in room don’t work.

Also no phones in rooms and no dressers as advertised.

Avoid as lots more hotels.

Bedbugs!!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in room 805. I couldn't sleep because of bedbugs and I have a lot of bites, redness, itching and swelling on my body. The room is flooded, the parquet on the floor is swollen, the room smells of mold and dampness. The elevator does not work properly. I asked for a second pillow from the person at the reception at night because the pillows were very thin, but he told me that I had to wait for the morning, I asked the housekeeping team in the morning, they said they would bring it soon, but they did not bring it. There is no phone in the room to communicate with the reception.
The ventilation in the toilet does not work. It is not a hotel as seen in the photos.
The only good thing is the location.
