Work being carried out near our balcony, due to dust and noise unable to use it . Restaurant food was average , stale burger bun , deep fried chicken milannaise . Noise from restaurant/ disco from over the road . Everywhere else had happy hour ! Towels not changed just hung back up .

Nice hotel with very friendly personel. My room was spacious and clean but facing the wall and therefore dark at all times, it was also hard to get fresh air in. Breakfast good but could be better. Pool and sauna areas are very poor, very small and not really mantained good. When I tried to use sauna the floor was flooded from shower and there is nowhere you can sit/lie down/put your belongings.

Pretty much spot on. Location, staff, convenience was 10/10. The best thing was the view from the rooftop though, great place to gather your thoughts and relax!

This hotel is an absolute gem in the rock of Malta, facilities are amazing, Sauna, 3 pools, spa, great restaurants and genuinely unbeatable price. I thought I had booked another hotel..This was absolutely shocking 😲..I had asked for a room with walk in shower which I didn't get till the next morning...The window didn't close in the bathroom either... I was moved the next morning but it' wasn't a great place..they were decorating some of the tools jut it's not for me....I have to say the staff were very good...I asked for a kettle and hair dryer...

Harry the bar man in the hotel pub “molly Malone’s” is a star he’s great company and nothing is to much trouble, we enjoyed the atmosphere in mollys but the lighting from the at is poor so you actually have to look for it even though it’s by the hotel, needs some TLC from the at but good cracic and has pool, sports on to and food.

For access to Gozo & Comino it is exceptional. Hotel is made for all inclusive guests otherwise the hours and access to the pool are impossible. Extremely misleading room description. Ferry lights illuminated our room all night long when we expected a view of the pool and ocean/bay? Someone did a sloppy white coat of paint at some time and all the molding in the rooms and hallways shows the paint...

We had a wonderful seven days at Paradise Bay Resort. The staff was nice and helpful. We had a bay view hotel room, it was so clean and the air conditoner worked well. We were on half-board, the breakfast and the dinner was good, you can choose from a wide variety of food. In the future, we would choose the hotel again, when we are on a holiday in Malta.

Great location. Food was OK if you are here for a day. They haven't changed the breakfast menu not once in the week I was here. It is ridiculous to say they have "spa and sauna". The room is not tiny, and the balcony and sea view are gorgeous. The provided breakfast is rich. But the clearness and efficiency are still needed to improve. We found the last customer’s belongings in the closet and some breadcrumbs on the table. More than that, there was yoghurt garbage in the trash can, and it didn't smell good...

Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Was not to noisy. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay. AC on level seven had to work hard against sun from rooftop and windows but great views!

The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family. The air conditioning is central system, that means you don’t get it under 20°c inside your room. The gym is small, but if you are creative, you can get an ok workout. Overall a good experience.

Highly recommended! I got the room without the marina view, but you can see the alternative view in the picture. Bathroom is clean, but as usually in Malta there is no good air vent out so after a shower all is foggy and you gotta open the balcony and bathroom doors. The rooms, restaurant, hallways, and reception area were clean and tidy (90/100). However, the swimming pool and spa area were heavily moldy. Furthermore, guests and staff were walking around the pool wearing street shoes. The cleanliness there is absolutely unacceptable (0/100).

The hotel is brand new, with a shopping mall and restaurants all within arm's reach. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the fruits, especially the kiwis, are incredibly fresh. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – it's fantastic!

Personally, I don't think this hotel, whether it's the facilities or the staff's service attitude, lives up to a 5-star standard. During my stay, the TV was broken and wasn't actively addressed, and the bathroom door didn't close properly, causing water to leak. This Aparthotel is well situated on the bay, a short walk from a beach. A short bus ride into the town, or walk, but is a very steep hill! The room was spacious, but quite bare. There were no slippers, tissues, or bottled water. However, the kitchen facilities were adequate, making it suitable for families who need to cook. I’m had a single room with balcony and sea view booked.  The location was great - Valetta a bus journey away as was Mdina and Rabat.  Bus service is excellent. The room was adequate for me.  However the noise from the road and downstairs bar was not good.  Glass doors ineffective for noise screening.had to buy earplugs.  Also the cleaning was sporadic and I had to ask everyday for my room to be cleaned...

The hotel doesn't look like in the photos. All pictures should be updated. Rooms are very, very old stylish, should renovated.  Furniture should be replaced. The hotel is really good located, however if you don't have the most expensive rooms you don't have any view. Food was good however the same every day. It was more like English Breakfast.

A beautiful hotel, built in the 1940s, in the great British colonial style, like the Raffles hotel in Singapore or the Victoria Falls Hotel in Zimbabwe. The interior is elegant. The service was remarkably warm, helpful and attentive. The overall experience was outstanding, even compared to other five star hotels.

We had an Executive room with balcony and although it was quite small, it had every convenience possible. Our room (430) had views either way when on the balcony. The grandeur was unique Restaurants are lovely with very good menus Palm Court lounge was very big and spacious with excellent service all Club bar was a great place to end the day Staff were very attentive Views were very good because of the elevation

Got it all ! Simply put, its one of the classic elegant properties in the heart of the old city, but peace and quite once you get into the hotel. Frequently the sounds of cannons maybe heard but added character. Rooms where lovely and we had a super view. Best food at Beef Bar as well ! Great bars and lovely pool !

Beautiful hotel, service, location, cleanliness, quality of food all excellent. A great ambience, we just had a family wedding here and the arrangements were perfect!
