The breakfast is good, location is convinient, the front desk has assist me to check in early. The problem is day time might hear the construction noise make u can't have good rest.

7 steps to reach the hotel lobby but guy at the desk was nice and helped me with my bags. At 74, I cannot carry heavy bags up/down steps. As I was there for only 7 hours to catch a flight home, not the best judge but staff was very nice. Malta is a happening town, even at 3:30am and the hotel is well located.

Cost Effective Stay The breakfast options were good. The accommodations were ok, the bathroom grouting was poor causing minor leakage. The television service was very spotty.

Had booked a room in an apartment for four days, but it was so bad that after two nights I booked to come here. Wish I'd just booked here in the first place! Very comfy bed, quiet (even though I was next to the elevator), good WiFi. Will definitely book again when I come back

The location, the breakfast was very good. Staff was so kind and helpful. I had a double bed but strangely they put 2 separate single blankets on the bed. So the blankets were small for me. I asked for clean towels but that was forgotten as well. Overall, it was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival as the hotel shared its amenities with a five-star hotel next door, so practically you’re getting five-star amenities for a four-star hotel price! I forgot to bring my swim shorts but even in December the rooftop pool was heated which would’ve been a very nice addition to my stay

Sleima and itis next to sea front

Hydra spa is relaxing. There are two pools one in a garden setting and one by the sea - each have their own charm.

This is not 4 star. we have been going to Malta for the last 10 years and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Apparently they are closing it next year according to the holiday rep and this would make sense as the rooms needed updating and the food needs improving. The front of house staff were not very friendly. The location is lovely and the cleaning staff were brilliant.

The place is closing soon for a major and much needed refurbishment. Let's hope it returns as one of the best hotels in Malta when it re-opens in 2020.

Hotel Valentina offers excellent value for the price, with a great balance between affordability and what you actually get. Wow, cannot fault this hotel at all, perfect location, right near the beach with lots of food places. Slept really well as the mattress was absolutely perfect, so so comfortable and the shower, ooof just perfect to wind down after a long day.

We stayed there for 4 nights. We booked the superior, the room was very nice! The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the bathroom didn’t have any window so there was a bit mold in there. Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a direct sea view, and fully equipped. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location is fantastic, easily accessible from there to most areas of Mata by bus. Couldn't fault the hotel and staff. This is ours fourth time to the area of Sliema, Malta. Love this area been coming since 2004, but first time sonce 2014. Great for exploring the island most excursions leave from here. Also options for bus , ferry or water taxis across to Valletta. We love the promenade for walks, stopping for refreshments in the many bars and restaurants.

The location is fantastic. You can see the Mediterranean Sea and tourists whenever you go out. The area around the restaurant and bar is bustling. Turn right and there's a flower shop a few dozen meters away. The hotel has a swimming pool on the eighth floor and a bar with a view of the city.

Overall very good experience. The room was much more than I expected for the price and it was very comfortable. The location is great, since the hotel looks towards the sea which is so pretty. Maybe the only downsides was that at times the breakfast area as well as the elevator were a bit crowded, but other than that all was perfect.

The rooms were ok for a 3 star hotel. The pool and sauna were working, the pool is small for the number of guests, but again, the hotel has 3 stars. The view from the roof of the hotel is phenomenal. They take a deposit of 150e so be prepared for that. We did not see anywhere on the website that it says about a deposit. The staff is ok, they change towels every day.

Amazing location and friendly staff. The room is small but comfortable. It’s an old hotel that feels run down. The rooms feel dated and tired and the place has seen better days but it’s comfortable for a short stay. The main issue is the thin walls. You can hear everything from next door and the halls so definitely don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper.

A nice little hotel. Ultra clean, friendly staff, and relatively quieter than youd expect from the location. You will just need to bring shower gel, hand soap and whatever else as they dont provide them; and the garden would be quite nice if it was nicely cared for. If we were to come back to Paceville (probably wont) we would be happy to stay there again.

Based on the reviews, I didn't expect much, but the location is excellent, and the rooms and cleanliness are great too.

Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain. This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the strip. Doors are locked at night for safety.

The hotel is well-located, close to the sea and approximately a 4-minute walk to the beach. The room was only partially cleaned, and toiletries were completely missing. I requested face towels at the front desk, but they were never provided.
