Best Hotels in Valetta

We stayed for 3 nights and had a very good experience. We were upgraded to a superior sea view room on floor 10. Very good size and in excellent order. The decor is very traditional with mahogany furniture

Reception desk was very friendly. Lobby was nice. Rooms a bit older, but most furniture in a good condition. Bar open 24/7

We really enjoyed our stay. It offered good value for money, and overall, we recommend it.

However, service remains good and the breakfast offers a good choice. There is a small private beach which allows bathing in the sea with fish swimming around you, which was very pleasant

The hotel Is situated a short distance from Valletta in Floriana but due to its location on a hillside requires a significant negotiation of steps and a steep hill climb to the City

The breakfast was very, very good. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding and really represent the very best in guest focussed hospitality

I attended a conference at The Phoenicia Hotel and was impressed by the well-equipped meeting facilities and the attentive service. The lunch provided was excellent, showcasing fresh and flavorful dishes

The Phoencia is a wonderful hotel. All of the staff are courteous, efficient and friendly, and they all seem happy in their work. The rooms are spotless and the restaurant is excellent

Good hotel. Excellent breakfast. Despite the fact that during the pandemic, many hotels offer breakfast in the rooms, here you can eat in the restaurant. Naturally, in compliance with all anti-Covid measures.

The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early

It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large, could fit 3 people

The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host

We were always able to get a spot at the beach club and enjoyed the facilities there immensely. It is only a short walk away, though closes at 6

They have a great selection of Maltese wines which are good and you should try them, after all this is Malta where you are at

The hotel is in the center of the ancient town. The rooms are beautifully designed. The service staff is enthusiastic. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the roof. The scenery outside is very beautiful

All in all, an extraordinary experience :)

The night view is very beautiful

One of the highlights of our stay was spending peaceful days on the rooftop terrace and by the pool. Although it was sometimes tricky to find available sunbeds, we managed to snag a couple on a few lucky occasions

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I requested an early check-in through booking, and although it wasn’t confirmed via email, they said they would do their best

It was good taste, nothing noteworthy -the hotel is modern and cared for, massive terrace, nice tile floor, staff are soooo nice with friendly service Some of the constructive feedback: -should have more complimentary water in rooms, one bottle not enough -there should be a higher privacy screen between the terraces on the 5th floor, it's a little low to have comfortable tanning

The location is ideal for me, the staff was very attentive and professional The breakfast was good, you have some choice buffet and you can order different variations of an English breakfast

Excellent experience with some room for improvement

Very nice room with king bed, in-room safe, fridge with comp mini-bar, and large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathrobe. Very nice restaurant with several choices for a made-to-order comp breakfast

Staff was very helpful with sightseeing suggestions. Hotel will arrange your transportation to/from airport for a very reasonable fee, which can be added to your room bill

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff were really excellent, the rooms were really large and well appointed, and the swimming pool was nice too. Great location to jump on the ferry to Valletta

A great thought has been put in designing this hotel out of a historic fortress. Each room is individual, most with high ceiling and exposed stone walls. The best ones have terraces and big windows

The roof top swimming pool is perfect for spending few hours taking in some sunshine before emersing yourself into sightseeing of Valetta and the few islands. The hotel can organise any tours as per your wish

Amazing rooms, built in a former fort - very stylish! Great service, always caring and helpful! And a great rooftop pool area with a wonderful view onto the 3 cities. Will definitely come here again 😊!

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was delicious and offered a great variety, ensuring a perfect start to each day. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the superb rooftop view of the harbor

The rooftop bar was nice and inexpensive. One criticism: The breakfast was a little average and the coffee was absolutely appalling. That said, the manager was really lovely and was certainly a star of the restaurant

Land's End has a great view and a fantastic location. We were close to the ferry to Valletta, the other tour operators, and so many restaurants. Front desk was staffed 100% of the time. It was great, but not perfect

We were told to leave the sliding glass door open (December) for cooling. After a couple nights we complained of mosquito bites: then they turned on the A/C. It didn't swing open on its own, but it didn't lock, either

A really sweet touch was the complimentary bottle of wine they gave us for our anniversary—such a lovely surprise! One of the best things we did was opt for the “Living Room” access

A lovely small hotel on the strand. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the bay and Valletta. Room was a good size for two, with a comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom

Small hotel on the edge of the historic centre of Valletta. Helpful staff, clean, good breakfast. They will organise taxis and rental cars. Very small gym and no pool.

Great location, warm staff, beautiful room. Walkable to everything that matters in Valletta. It’s also near the Valletta-Sliema Ferry Terminal. I also loved that the bus terminal is about 10 mins away

The room is amazing, classic style which I like. The location is great, right in the old town. You can walk everywhere, and there are many restaurants nearby. Although the rooftop pool is small, it is also very good

The single room I had was a bit low on the windows (only a small window to the air duct) but that is the only minus I could think of
