Room service menu needs work. They also need to invest in new towels.
Check-in was actually delayed by over 17.15 minutes.
Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and modern. Resort stunning
We really enjoyed our stay. It offered good value for money, and overall, we recommend it.
We stayed for 3 nights and had a very good experience. We were upgraded to a superior sea view room on floor 10. Very good size and in excellent order. The decor is very traditional with mahogany furniture. Suits us very well. The hotel Is situated a short distance from Valletta in Floriana but due to its location on a hillside requires a significant negotiation of steps and a steep hill climb to the...
Lovely hotel, staff very good and friendly. Service at pool very good one day and very bad another day. Lovely to be able to swim in Med from man made beach...could make it more comfy under foot. Very close to valette entry bridge.... 5 min walk.. Outside toilet out of use and disgusting but not blocked off and no signage. Wasn't a nice find! Jacuzzi too cold....same as pool.

The room is very satisfactory, the service staff is very enthusiastic, I will come again next time
Great 5 night stay. We used the spa and indoor pool daily and the grounds and outdoor heated pool are simply fabulous. You need to book the spa but it is included for guests not charged extra like some hotels. The breakfast was very, very good. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding and really represent the very best in guest focussed hospitality.
The Phoencia is a wonderful hotel. All of the staff are courteous, efficient and friendly, and they all seem happy in their work. The rooms are spotless and the restaurant is excellent. A special mention to the restaurant breakfast staff who work very hard and were very busy on Sunday, but made the time to clear a prepare a table in the conservatory.
I decided to celebrate my birthday here and I had an amazing experience and pleasure stay. Not only the hotel itself is beautiful, but also the staff and their services are amazing as well. From receptionist, all staff around lounge, room service, breakfast service, garden staff, then to management, I can say that Phoenicia did a job well done keeping their staff professional and well mannered which...
the room was excellent, the servie was good and the location too
I attended a conference at The Phoenicia Hotel and was impressed by the well-equipped meeting facilities and the attentive service. The lunch provided was excellent, showcasing fresh and flavorful dishes. During a brief break, I explored the hotel's stunning garden, perfect for relaxing walks. The infinity pool, nestled against the historic city walls, offers breathtaking views of the harbour, making...

Absolutely recommend. The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early. It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large...
The room was a lot smaller than we thought but it’s okay since we’re not in our room all the time anyway. The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host. All of them greeted us like old friends and gave us tips how to enjoy Malta...
The rooms are amazing. Especially for Europe. The pool is a beach club. It’s loud and crowded not chill and relaxing like it looks in the photo, which was a big downer for me. They also took my water bottle and I felt like I should be able to bring my water to what I thought was the hotel pool. The spa was a little weird in terms of service. Also, having the website for your code and stuff was a little...
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were kindly upgraded at check in from a superior room to a suite which offered more space. Spa was lovely and empty in the mornings. We were always able to get a spot at the beach club and enjoyed the facilities there immensely. It is only a short walk away, though closes at 6.30pm. The trips are a lovely addition but book up quickly - we managed to go on a sunset...
The bar is lovely. The Hotel Front service staff are super helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced, nice, relaxing atmosphere. The bartender was incredibly clean and hygienic while making the drinks! Would come back next time we are in sliema.
Really lovely hotel and beach club. Staff were lovely, food really good, great value happy hour. Sadly building works next door were very noisy some mornings but obviously not the hotel’s fault! Only downside is Sliema is a bit out of the way - not easy access to Valletta (which we had hoped for) but overall really enjoyed and recommend!

The hotel is located in the Slieme district. There are nearby many options from food to clothing with a shopping center. It is on the seaside and it gets busy and crowded at night. Rooms are great, and you can either have sea view or inside one. Breakfast has as options from all the items of the English breakfast ( bacon, eggs, sausages, beans etc ) to croissants, different kinds of breads, yogurts...
Wonderful hotel on a great location. Spacious rooms, well stocked with coffee, tea and chilled water. There are additional waterpoints at certain floors. Caring and active staff. Welcoming hotel bar on the first floor (also part of Hammett's Monastik restaurant) with comfortable seats, a sunny balcony and a stunning view of Valetta's citadel. Close to the VFS Valletta ferry and multiple busses, near...
Really enjoyed my stay at Land’s End Boutique Hotel. The place has a modern, clean design with a cozy feel, and everything was well kept. My room had a beautiful view of the harbor, which made mornings and evenings special. Staff were helpful, and made check-in smooth and easy. The rooftop bar is a nice spot to relax with a drink and watch the sunset. The hotel’s location is also great. It’s right...
We had an amazing stay at Lands End Boutique Hotel in Malta! First off, the location is absolutely beautiful, especially with those stunning sunsets. It’s super close to the ferry dock, which makes getting around really easy. The room itself was in great condition—modern, clean, and well-maintained. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and while there was some traffic noise (which is common in Malta), it didn...
Had a lovely 3-night stay at Land's End. We stayed in the Distinct Room, which had a small balcony. It was quiet and peaceful, very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We had one meal at the restaurant on the first floor—the food was tasty, especially the cheese dip. The location is great, with plenty of food, drink, and shopping options nearby. Plus, it's only a couple of minutes’ walk to...
Land's End Boutique Hotel is a truly wonderful place and highly recommended! Sleima and itis next to sea front
Hydra spa is relaxing. There are two pools one in a garden setting and one by the sea - each have their own charm.
This is not 4 star. we have been going to Malta for the last 10 years and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Apparently they are closing it next year according to the holiday rep and this would make sense as the rooms needed updating and the food needs improving. The front of house staff were not very friendly. The location is lovely and the cleaning staff were brilliant.
The place is closing soon for a major and much needed refurbishment. Let's hope it returns as one of the best hotels in Malta when it re-opens in 2020.

The area was nice, room was big is like a small flat. It’s not room it’s good for big family
Economy single room is very small and there is a window which is facing to adjacent building wall. There is no natural light. Ferry gate to Valletta is across from the hotel and it is very convenient.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the ferry that takes you to Valletta, and the surrounding area is very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a family room, which was spacious and included a fridge—very handy for longer stays.
+ The hotel very good in location I booked earlier with eco room price 120€ but the day that i am check in price go down to 45€ that is very bad They didn’t offer the upgrade room to us The bed too small for 2 people Room very small and noisy Not worth for 120€ per night Not recommended 😒
Helpful and friendly staff. The room was noisy because of the outside air conditioning, and the drainage of other rooms was very loud. The mattress was too soft to our liking, which I know is very subjective. The room was clean and fulfilled its purpose. Well situated near the harbour, restaurants, and shops. The adjoining restaurant has good quality food and service.
The hotel is in a great location🔝. The room was clean, the cleaning service was daily☺️The employees are very kind and approachable🤗. Breakfast was great every day and the view from the restaurant's terrace is breathtaking 📸🏢🔝 We had a great time there.🥰

The three stars are for the fantastic harbour view, the cleanliness of the room and the politeness of the girl behind the desk upon arrival. That's where it ends. Beds were very noisy when you move on them which meant not much sleep was had as we were constantly woken up by the nise and how it felt when moving on the bed. The main reason we stay is to have a good sleep. This place couldn't deliver...
Friendly hosts, clean throughout, great views of the harbour (from penthouse rooms), comfy beds. No toilet door, if you are squeamish, one of you will have to go and wait on terrace. Added dawn and daytime view from penthouse room terrace Will definitely be coming back
Out if this world room and service. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The Jacuzzi was a god send after the long flight. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and modern. The balcony had an amazing view of the harbour. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Too plentiful! I was not hungry the rest of the day! If I am fortunate enough to return to valletta I will be staying here!
It’s our second time here and we love this hotel and the view from our room. The beds are comfortable & Air con good. The breakfast buffet is fine with lots to chose from but for two days there was no fresh bread and some rolls were very hard. There are cooked breakfasts available at a small extra cost. This is a wonderful hotel on the water front & close to the shops & restaurants and we will come...
Wonderful panoramic view. Staff very accommodating and enjoyed stopping off for a coffee or two between work meetings. I didn't stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on that aspect.
Great location but the single room I stayed in was very basic and a bit grungy. However, the ensuite had it's own water heater, so I never had any problems with the water unlike other guests in more expensive suites.

Cozy, elegant, and sleek. That’s how I would describe the room that I stayed in. The king-size beds, the absolutely gorgeous antique patterned tiles, bespoke urban furniture, and luxurious bathroom equipped with gorgeous rain shower are fit for a First Lady.. Also, the striking views from the balcony are something I absolutely fell for.

I just came back from my stay in Valetta! The location of this hotel was very good, also beautiful view from the rooftop. The room was also very clean and spacious. Big thank you to Shaun at the reception who was super friendly and helped us figuring out what to do in such a short time (1 day). Only negative point was the breakfast which was okay but could have been much better!
Fantastic location staff very friendly spotless .I've never seen a hotel polishing elevators before. How this is only a two star hotel beats me I've stayed in 3 and 4 stars that were not as nice as this hotel. Was in 6th floor duel aspect windows so view of harbour and view of city. What a great find this hotel is. Also very quiet hotel but bustling area
We had a great stay at this hotel. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was spacious with a balcony, a clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here
Good Hotel. The hotel has an excellent location within the Old Town and near to restaurants and attractions. The rooms were basic, but had everything necessary. Breakfast was simple and nothing special. Was good value for money and would recommend. The views from the rooftop are similar to from nearby viewpoints.
First Class Location and Staff are Professional and So Helpful. We arrived Early of a Cruise Ship and Left the Bags and staff were so Accommodating. The stay at the hotel was priceless, and whoever booked a sea-view room and rated it lower than 5, should have an eye check-up! The room was super clean and bright, with a coffee and tea setup. This hotel is a gem! Very well located, small breakfast but very tasty. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very nice, gentle and always ready to help. The only downside is that there is no parking but if you don’t rent a car, you will fell no difference. I highly recommend this hotel.
Came across the hotel in one of the apps and admittedly was a bit hesitant to book at first, thinking that it might be too loud since they are located at the very central part of Valetta. I was proven to be wrong, it was a very comfortable, stress-free week with them. The staff are very friendly and approachable, from the concierge to the kitchen and cleaning staff. All in all pretty good. Friendly helpful service. Nice local breakfast. One disadvantage, please be mindful when you book a room with Maltese balcony(more expensive), it can get pretty loud outside.
