We have stayed in the Palazzin on a number of ocassions over the last 10 to 12 years and as always, we were given a very warm welcome by Simon the manager along with all of the staff. Good value for money! Decent breakfasts, clean and nice rooms. It was quiet inside even though there was construction just outside when we stayed there.

The rooms need updating: walls need to be repainted & mold remediation. We wish we had known there was only a tub, no stand-up shower; I would have brought bathtub-appropriate products. While the staff was very courteous and pleasant with us, I saw people waiting at the front desk for unrealistic lengths of time because there was nobody behind the counter to help them.

Good location, very central. The curtains and bedspread were dirty. The elevator is showing its age. The service was excellent. The lovely and friendly staff member was particularly amazing and deserves five stars. We were only there for one night. It was perfectly fine for one night. We wouldn't spend an entire vacation there.

General Hotel in the centre of town. Lots of construction around so was very loud from 7am. Mattress on one of the beds was absolutely dreadful and ended up using the temp bed instead. Ok for a night or two but wouldn't rely on it for the whole holiday.

This hotel is very well located close to the harbour and Valettas other amenities and attractions. The ataff are polite and helpful and the food served at breakfast perfectly good. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring Valletta with everything you want to see within walking distance. However, the hotel itself is dated and a little rundown. It could do with some major investment. The facilities on offer were very basic and that applies to the breakfast. The walls are thin so it was hard to not he waken up or skeep early. The housekeeper wakes you up by 9am "to collect the towel". It is annoying at times since they don't even clean until 1pm. But location is good and room was big. They only leave 1 towel too.

The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly, and they offer coffee and hot cocoa. They come to ask us every day if we need cleaning, and they greet us when we come in and out. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable Seaview room. Room and hotel in general could use a bit of upgrading; I felt we traveled back to the early 70's, but in very good condition. Breakfast buffet is good and plentiful. We also had an excellent dinner at the restaurant.

The hotel is on a good location, very close to many restaurants, shops and the public transportation. It is very clean, you get new towels on a daily level. Downside is the bed, it is uncomfortable, and really squickie. Also I found it odd that the bathroom didn't have the toilet brush. Beside that a good hotel, good value for money.

The room was very spacious with a queen-sized bed. It had an electric kettle, coffee, tea, a mini-fridge, and a hairdryer. In the morning, there was plenty of hot water, but in the evening, only lukewarm water was available, which was quite cold for March. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. Although it was a 3 star hotel, but it felt like a solid 4 star. The rooms were always clean and fresh. The breakfasts were great. This is Victoria's best kept secret. It is a lovely, well kept clean hotel with good facilities very close to the centre of town and all its attractions. It has a roof top pool and a soft play zone for 3-11 year olds. Rooms on the rear are quiet and have country views. Very comfy bed in large clean room. Good facilities and clean.

Staff very nice and helpful, rooms very clean. However we were in the Mesquita room which is very very small. Also, breakfast is very very poor just eggs and some toast and waited far too long to be served. There was only just us and another couple.
