Thoroughly enjoyed my safe. Hotel is conveniently located in city centre nearby major tourist attractions like the Monument to the Revolution. Vegetarian options at breakfast were appreciated. Only significant improvement would be faster WiFi. Was unable to do much other than send messages via hotel WiFi

Good hotel. Good services. The area to the left towards San Cosme is not recommended for going out at night.

The Wi-Fi in the room was basically not working properly. The TV was extremely laggy when watching a video on Wi-Fi, not to mention using a laptop to work online. I was speechless. The room was stuffy. I opened the window for ventilation and a few big mosquitoes came in. They bit me and it was very itchy. Hot water is ok, but the floor is very slippery, so be careful.

The hotel is in an alley in the center of Mexico City and seems pretty safe. There is no problem with English at the front desk, but the room is a bit cramped. The breakfast provided by default is very limited. If you want to eat well, you need to pay an additional 65 pesos per person.

Convenient, good location, there are waiters to help with luggage transportation!

Quite satisfactory in all aspects, including breakfast. It would be better if the breakfast could include fruit. The transportation is very convenient, it is easy to reach the No. 9 or No. 12 subway. Qibao Old Street is very close.

I don't really know what to think, some American chains are actually better in Mexico (see the nearby Carl's Jr) and some are much worse. Unfortunately this falls under that category.

11 herbs and spices people! I've eaten KFC my whole life. I know what it's suppose to taste like and what they are serving isn't it.
