Negatives:
Bathroom issues: 1) We had 2 big, 1 small towel for 3 people. They brought additional towels one day after we asked for it 2) Hotel shampoo is terrible, bring your own 3) Toilet seat cover is very thin, you cannot sit on it while you dry your hair 4) hair dryer is old and small, takes forever to dry long hair.
+ Reception staff doesn’t speak English. We communicated via Google Translate.
The breakfast buffet was a life saver! Everyone in the staff is helpful and polite.
Didn’t love the mattress nor the pillows but, other than that everything else was great!
Rooms are ok, clean. Room size is OK.
Rooms are not soundproof at all, doors are very thin and you can hear everything Infront of the rooms.
Staff on reception do not really speak English well but we managed to communicate with them
