Very nice hotel. Impeccable cleaning which was very important to us aa we were looking for hotels. The team were extremely friendly and helpful. Area is safe and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around. We will go back for sure if we are in CDMX.

I booked a night at this hotel through booking.com. I needed to change the night or get a refund. Booking.com sent me an email to show management that stated they would pay them so it would be okay to issue me a refund. I showed the email to management. They refused to refund my money. This is bad customer service.

Laila hotel is in a perfect location on the Reforma Avenue. You can walk to a lot of place, bus/metro stations are nearby, most importantly it’s in a safe neighborhood. The room is clean, staffs are very friendly. Their breakfast buffet is the highlight, with good verity of foods and very tasty fruits. I totally enjoyed my stay there!

Service was ok the first day. A guy named Oliver brought my luggage to the room. First room was horrible. Walls were so thin and there was a gap under the door so I heard some young crazy people having a party and yelling and singing at the top of their lungs. Once the party finished, around 1am, some went into the hallway and started talking and laughing, not caring that it was the middle of the night. Room itself was quite hot without ac, and with ac is very cold. The next day, I asked to change rooms. I got changed to a room on the ninth floor. I put my luggage in the storing space. The second time a different person led me to the room. He did not help me even though I had a lot of things without the luggage. The second was much better. Not hot or cold, no crazy parties. The only problem I had was the door to the shower not closing properly. The location is ok, a nice safe area, but not very close to a lot of good restaurants.

The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are rather small, the facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness is just average—barely cleaned. The breakfast is decent.

This is my first time in Mexico.When I first arrived at the hotel, the reception welcome us very kind and warm, and I especially want to thank Mauricio and Alejandro. The rooms were quite clean and spacious. The staff assists immediately when needed. The hotel's location is wonderful. The only drawback for me was the breakfast; there should have been more alternatives for international guests staying at the hotel. Still, Laila Hotel is recommended.

A very pleasant stay in an outstanding hotel. Very well-located just one block from Reforma Ave. Sound-proofed windows block traffic noise, especially on the upper floors. Good A/C and strong hot water in the shower. Comfortable large beds with plenty of pillows, both soft and firm. Breakfast buffet is good and plentiful, although the juices are disappointing bad.

The biggest advantage is its location, very close to Reform Avenue.

The rooms are fully equipped, although the facilities are relatively old, but well-maintained. The front desk and service staff are quite good, which is also an advantage.

There is a gym, but the equipment is outdated, and the weight plates on the strength training machines are not adjustable.

Probably the best enchiladas I've had and I don't really like enchiladas. I got half and half of the red and green sauce. The red sauce is slightly spicy, but both sauces are good. Getting both was a great idea. The two tortilla chips they stick into your beans are so good. Maybe I was super hungry. BAD part: I don't know if it is because I ordered chicken ones, but I was the only one out of the three of us to get stomach issues from here. One ordered cheese and the other fish. Good luck!

Wow I love this place. One of my fav spots in Mexico City. Great atmosphere, the service is absolutely fabulous, every person of the staff is always so kind and helpful. ??????

Live jazz every Thursday at 8pm. The view from the balcony is to die for. Cocktails are the best. Try the guava martini!??
