The food was really good but it made me really sick i was throwing up all night and day do not eat the food!!!!! the rooms where nice but DO NOT EAT THE FOOD

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even during a very stressful situation that occurred during my stay. I am grateful. I highly recommend Regente for anyone who likes being close to transit and loves walking.

The hotel is acceptable overall, but there are several issues that need to be mentioned:
1. Our room was not properly cleaned. Specifically, we found what appeared to be bodily fluids on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and housekeeping standards.
2. We had $200 USD in cash stolen from our room.
3. When we reported the theft to the staff, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing the situation, we were simply asked why we did not use the safe, as if the responsibility were ours rather than ensuring secure conditions in the hotel.

I always stay here when i’m in the city and it’s alright for the price. However, this time the shower and the T.V. didn’t work very well i gotta say.

This establishment is disappointing—definitely not deserving of four star. While the staff were generally pleasant, the stark difference between the images advertised online and the reality is glaring. Construction work adds to the chaos, and the building is outdated and in dire need of modernization. Spare yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. I cannot recommend staying here.

Had a lovely stay here, we had a late night arrival and were able to check in no problem. We had the Junior Suite and it looked exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, big shower, large area to open luggage bags. Rooms don't have AC but in late April it was still cool at night.

Staff are also very helpful and responsive whenever help was needed, they provided a few bottles of water every morning which was great! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

This place is very well located, about 15 min walk from Centro. Front desk staff was very attentive, and room was clean but with an old smell, definitely good job from cleaning staff, it's just an old hotel, but worth your money. Free bottle of water in rooms and the breakfast was lovely and well priced.
