Very pleasant four day stay. Staff all professional and welcoming. Rooms good size, clean, hot water and heating all in good order.

Probably it was my last stay in this hotel. I stayed there for 3 times. I always faced problems. Particularly this time it was freezing in my room . I had to go down to the reception to ask them for help to turn on the heating but was of no use . They provided me with an electric heater. Its not worth it staying there at all

Great breakfast menu variety and buffet. The service was exemplary. Room was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located by Perisur shopping center.

They couldn't help us with a situation we had and we couldn't stay the whole stay, through trip I was able to fix the situation a little, but the hotel didn't help us much.

Is was ok but was in room 702 and AC is was not working since Tuesday and also the tv too old services excellent especial the lady clean my room super nice

Great location, shopping center is within a walking distance. the staff was extremely nice, respectful, and attentive.

Even though nice building furniture, tv amenities(non smart tv or ways to use streaming apps), old towels and early high noise due motorcycles as building is closest to a highway.
