the view is beautiful but the sargassum needs to be managed. it really ruins the beach experience and ocean view

The noise level at night was higher than expected due to its proximity to the nightlife area, but it was acceptable to me. I felt very safe, and the location is excellent on a good part of the beach

There were two of us, so we each had our own bed, otherwise it would have been a bit tight. The hotel is directly on the beach, it has two very well maintained swimming pools, the hotel beach is clean and tidy

I think you should do saragasum cleaning on the beach, but since there wasn't a lot of it, it really didn't bother me! I recommend to everyone and plan to come back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its fantastic pools, bars and outdoor spaces. The room was good and clean, and the AC was always working properly

Simple hotel but exceeded expectations. Perfect for a one night stay with airport less than 10 minutes away. breakfast was decent and the local restaurant served Mexican dishes which was popular with locals

Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride. I would encourage looking for transport options before booking a room here

There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is offered few fixed times a day only. You would be very lucky the shuttle time works for your flights

Although all of the questions have been favorable to this facility the facade and overall structure is very mediocre no attention to details at all

The hotel is very nice, with pools and a private beach. The staff are welcoming and offer helpful advice. There's an ATM and a supermarket in the hotel, which is very convenient.

The swimming pool was right outside the door, and a few steps to the right was the hotel's private beach

When visiting you MUST go to the pool bar and see Roberto and Carlos!!! Lol! They are great guys, and will make sure you have a good time. I will definitely recommend to friends and family

Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the beach. The facilities are basic, but it offers good value for money and the staff are quite friendly. If I go to Cancun again, I'd love to stay for a week.

I recently stayed at a beachfront resort, and it was amazing! The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the balcony offered stunning views. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

For not being all inclusive it's as good as it gets. Location, on shallow family friendly beach, no big waves, fairly quiet area. The food was absolutely amazing some of the best we ate while in Mexico

Blew my mind for 150$ for 3 nights! I had rented a room in the green capsule hostile and I had to leave and I’m glad I did. This place is way better for basically the same price as a hostel you get your own big room

We thought it was damp, but when they cleaned, we realized it was the air freshener they used when mopping. I recommend changing the air freshener

You still get the water taxi to the sister hotels on beachfront and can enjoy the snacks and drinks there. For restaurants and food, it was okay standard buffet quality

The hotel location is not on the beach side facing the Caribbean Sea, but there is a free water taxi or shuttle to hotels of the same group

Good value for money. The only drawback is that it is not connected to the public beach

A serene little resort in the north of Hotel Zone with mostly retirees and couples. We enjoyed 4 nights all inclusive here with friendly service and the beautiful sunsets over the lagoon

Personally find that the lagoon side is much more charming and relaxing as there is no loud music blasting all day. You can kayak to the other side on a good day with little effort

Also soundproofing not the best for rooms as the door has a gap between the frame so road noise from the boulevard can spill in, but we got used to this minor nuisance

Truly unique reference in Cancun, kinda little magic come true. A little paradise, very comfortable, wonderfully decored, very good atmosphere, the pool is like an "oasis" to me,. honestly these people know what they do

I chose this Nomads because I wanted to have the option to meet people but also relax if I wanted and it was exactly as I expected Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is delicious with great staff too

I had an amazing stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres in Cancun. The food was delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the daily activities were fun and well-organized. Everything was very clean and well-maintained

We loved our stay at Secrets, the staff/service was outstanding. Although the majority of the resort gorgeous, it is in need of some upgrading, I understand they will be closing in a week to do that

Nice hotel, but it wasn't as new and luxurious as it looked, and the food needs to be improved.

Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars

From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation

I especially enjoyed the cabanas, which I highly recommend, and the heated pool was a major plus. The amenities were excellent. All NFL games were available at the bar, which was a nice touch

We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive

They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort

Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely comfortable staying on the resort the entire time and did not feel the need to leave. Everything I wanted was right there, and I felt safe and well cared for

We had our favourite bar tender Louie (his name tag was MIA so not sure it in spelling it correctly) who worked in the premiere bar & lounge, he was so funny and always remembered our drink orders! We had a swim out in our room and it was worth the upgrade, so nice and refreshing! We will be back again for sure!

Antonio kept the room very clean. Water pressure in the shower was slow. All good otjerwise. Mauricio and David as ambassadors were great!
