Property is in a gated residential area with private beach access. Nice pools and Mediterranean restaurant was good. Very close to a mall and taxis areive quickly.

The attention to detail, whether in the room furnishings, housekeeping, or the service at the pool and beach, is particularly noteworthy

Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos

Big and clean pool; decent food; good location

The room felt dated, and the water boiler was quite noisy, especially at night. The doors also have poor sound insulation, so footsteps and conversations from the corridor are clearly audible.

It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here

The bathroom window wouldn't close, making it noisy throughout the night. The showerhead was faulty, and the hot water pressure was poor. The furniture probably needs some repairs as well.

Small place. The beach is not the best, right next to the docks. The rooms are clean, but not as clean as they could be. It is a good option if you're in a budget.

Hotel is outdated smells terrible. Food was on not the greatest kind of bland. There is only one elevator which you had to wait forever. The shower was  cold I told the front desk couple of times still cold

Many locals stay here and you get a real feel for the people. The $1 bus stops here so you do have access to everything else available. Oscar and Max were real standouts for us

I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent

Cute hotel on the North side of the hotel zone. Staff are excellent and you do get a home feel. The hotel is small and the staff work hard to arrange activities during the day

I should have listened to the negative reviews they are on point. Almost all the staff didn’t speak English which All that together was frustrating especially on vacation

BEST RESORT EVER. They made my stay amazing. Everyone was just so friendly to me & my guest. I will return the next time I visit Cancun. Bar worker Rafael was outstanding. Very attentive.

The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy

Overall we had a really great stay at the resort. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, the pools and beach are beautiful. All the staff was more than happy to help us with any questions and accommodations

Drinks were fantastic they will make anything you want. The view is beautiful and the pools are great. They do activities in the pool which are a lot of fun for the kids

Breakfast fresh, always lots of meat dishes, as well serve fish and seafood. It is very convenient if you have early tours. The choice and quality of alcohol all too well. The beach waiters serving drinks

This was an overall nice property with nice location, beautiful beach and pools. The food truck and tacos by the pool were hits for our midday lunch/snack. The buffet always had something we could enjoy

Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Not a swimmer, but refreshing to just get in the pool. The staff was all very helpful and our room was maintained well while we were there.

The pool and beach areas were beautiful and well maintained, with a very alert lifeguard who made us feel safe. The infinity pool and swim-up bars were perfect for relaxing. Entertainment, however, could be better

I’ve booked through Orbitz for years. When it says taxes and fees included, I’ve never have been charged additional amounts by the hotel. This hotel charges a environmental sanitation fee.

The internet doesn't reach most rooms and you always need to stay at lobby for get connection. I don't recommend the breakfast. This place is good for rest and the closeness to ADO and hotel zone

Is on the center of cancun city and very close to the hotel zone. Some rooms are smaller than others with a humede smell and the personal sometimes is very lazy and heedless

We had real good dinning experience at Los Velas. The Chef Miguel gave personal touch to our food and made cuisine which we love. He didn't even know our preference but he amused us. Also serving by Justo was really good

We have been vacationing at this resort for the past 32 years. We have seen the upgrades throughout the years, as well as the consistent views of the most beautiful beach in Cancun

The room I booked was on a two-story building, and there was a very steep and narrow staircase right at the entrance, which was very inconvenient. The hygiene was poor; there were dead insects on the sheets

The downsides are that a 2000 peso deposit is required at check-in, and upon check-out, the front desk has to check the room! They only refund the money after everything is in order

In addition, the male staff on the night shift at the front desk was not familiar with the business, so I paid 200 pesos more for the room and could not refund it because I had just finished swimming and the access card was invalid and I could not enter the room

We arrived at night, and in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, vibrant colors and the stunning view from the balcony. It was truly a lovely experience.

The environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool

The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant

Good value, easy transport Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby

The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more

Very cheap hotel room but still comfortable. We had a cooler in our room and we also had air conditioning. The room was medium sized with a small bathroom and big beds. All in all a very good price-performance ratio

The Wi-Fi is a big problem; there was no cell phone signal in the rooms. Breakfast is complimentary, as they say. The truth is, it's a very functional hotel for arriving and sleeping in the hotel zone

They have multiple pools on property, direct access to the beach. Also both the sports bar and the Sea &Stone restaurant were very good

I would come back to this property, next time I’m in Cancun, and atayed in a lagoon view balcony room. The room amenities were nice (full kitchenette, 2 bottles of water + coffee + tea, stackable laundry in room, etc

The food options were very limited and complicated. They need to have basic meal options and pump up the quality of the items. We had to travel to IHOP to eat a decent breakfast. Food was dry and sitting too long

It was a very comfortable trip with my wife. The sea view room had a nice view, but the room size was a bit smaller than the standard room. Overall, it was very nice, but there were long queues for restaurants

The beach was better than expected, and the rooftop pool was excellent, even better than the pool at Impression

All the restaurants, except for the barbecue which was freshly grilled, seemed to be centrally kitchened. The international cuisine all had the same chef's style, and the seafood tasted frozen and wasn't of high quality

The pool water was too cold, but the hot tub warmed up enough to enjoy by day 3, but it was mainly a kiddie pool. The bus stop is outside of the hotel and for $1 it will take you anywhere

Breakfast was included in our reservation and it was quite a spread! The beach is the nicest section of the entire ***** of beach

We had two full bathrooms, a full kitchen just minus an oven, a living room with sofa bed and kitchen table. King size bed with great pillows and a balcony with a jacuzzi which was very nice

The photos of the room were a little deceiving, there are no windows, and we learned you have to run the shower for about 10 minutes before any hot water comes out

The lady was very kind, even though it was 2-3 hours before check-in. She gave me the room so I could change, leave my things, and go to the beach. Everything was great and close

We were able to walk to mostly everything & the ferry pier was right outside. Easy access to one of the best beaches. Our room was clean and AC worked very well. The shower drained slow but that was our only issue

It has a beautiful view from the rooms facing the sea. The restaurant is simple but has a spectacular view of the pool and the sea. Close to the airport, 10 minutes by car

The general quality of the hotel is good, the swimming pool is very pleasant with the pool bar and the access to the beach is immediate, very appreciable and beautiful

Bedsheets and bathroom seemed clean and the room service for tidying up did their best to be timely but they weren't thorough, but much appreciated nonetheless. The pools were kept clean as well

There is construction going on all around so there’s A LOT of noise at unreasonable times. However, staff are friendly and it was clean and walking distance away from a nice beach. Its good for a cheap option!

She was our hero during our stay as everyday she impressed us with something else! Its location just opposite to Port Juarez marina, so at least you are near the beach a way from city chaos

The beach is at the entrance of a marina which we were ok with because we liked watching the boats. But does take away from tropical feel. They need more staff for the bars and buffets. At times there were long waits

When I booked my vacation stay, I didn't realize it was all-inclusive. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the cost of the hotel room included all meals and unlimited drinks, including alcoholic beverages

I give a high rating based on price-quality, a number of the stated services are missing, no refrigerator, no breakfast, the isolation is such that it seems like a person is in your room, a closer should be installed on the front door, in the hallway, the slamming of the door is loud and constant The rooms are clean, the hotel grounds are neat, but not fenced off from the street
