Property is in a gated residential area with private beach access. Nice pools and Mediterranean restaurant was good. Very close to a mall and taxis areive quickly.
The attention to detail, whether in the room furnishings, housekeeping, or the service at the pool and beach, is particularly noteworthy
My stay at the SLS Hotel in Cancún was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the stylish design, the first-class service, and the special atmosphere of this luxurious hotel
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the turquoise sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful sleep
Best hotel in Cancun! The staff are top-notch. The rooms with sea views are magnificent.
Wow, very impressed with staff! 5 Star service. top self! My wife and I really enjoyed it! The views were amazing Restaurant food was also very good The whole experience was great

Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos
Nice ,clean hotel , located 15 min from Langusta Beach, my room was good, air conditioner works, good Wi Fi, good bedding
Excellent deep swimming pool, with plenty of beach beds
Good simple buffet breakfast
Stuff is supportive
I would recommend this hotel
Big and clean pool; decent food; good location
The room felt dated, and the water boiler was quite noisy, especially at night. The doors also have poor sound insulation, so footsteps and conversations from the corridor are clearly audible.
It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here
The bathroom window wouldn't close, making it noisy throughout the night. The showerhead was faulty, and the hot water pressure was poor. The furniture probably needs some repairs as well.
Cancun, Blvd Kukulkan Km 2.5, Lt D1 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Small place. The beach is not the best, right next to the docks. The rooms are clean, but not as clean as they could be. It is a good option if you're in a budget.
Hotel is outdated smells terrible. Food was on not the greatest kind of bland. There is only one elevator which you had to wait forever. The shower was cold I told the front desk couple of times still cold
Many locals stay here and you get a real feel for the people. The $1 bus stops here so you do have access to everything else available. Oscar and Max were real standouts for us
I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent
Cute hotel on the North side of the hotel zone. Staff are excellent and you do get a home feel. The hotel is small and the staff work hard to arrange activities during the day
I should have listened to the negative reviews they are on point. Almost all the staff didn’t speak English which All that together was frustrating especially on vacation

BEST RESORT EVER. They made my stay amazing. Everyone was just so friendly to me & my guest. I will return the next time I visit Cancun. Bar worker Rafael was outstanding. Very attentive.
We had an incredible room with an incredible view for an incredible moment ! They where very kind with us as we came there to celebrate our engagement.
The only missing point is the food
Just walk down to the street and flag one down. I like that the hotel is not too close to the noise. The view from our room was amazing! We are right on the beach - just walk out the back of the hotel and there you are
The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy
Overall we had a really great stay at the resort. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, the pools and beach are beautiful. All the staff was more than happy to help us with any questions and accommodations
Drinks were fantastic they will make anything you want. The view is beautiful and the pools are great. They do activities in the pool which are a lot of fun for the kids

Breakfast fresh, always lots of meat dishes, as well serve fish and seafood. It is very convenient if you have early tours. The choice and quality of alcohol all too well. The beach waiters serving drinks
This was an overall nice property with nice location, beautiful beach and pools. The food truck and tacos by the pool were hits for our midday lunch/snack. The buffet always had something we could enjoy
Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Not a swimmer, but refreshing to just get in the pool. The staff was all very helpful and our room was maintained well while we were there.
The pool and beach areas were beautiful and well maintained, with a very alert lifeguard who made us feel safe. The infinity pool and swim-up bars were perfect for relaxing. Entertainment, however, could be better
The beach is absolutely beautiful. The food and drinks definitely not the best and service was very slow. We had a great time as a family, but I definitely expected better food quality, and better service
I recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Cancun for my friend’s wedding. The property is beautiful, with stunning ocean views and a clean, well-kept beach

Staff and hotel overall is great. Truly convenient location. I recommend to those staying in Cancun as it’s a money saver.
Great place to stay. Close to everything. You can catch the bus to go everywhere!
CLEAN ROOM
GOOD STAFF
GOOD SECURITY
ALL OK EXCEPT , NO RESTUARENT, OR CAFETERIA
I’ve booked through Orbitz for years. When it says taxes and fees included, I’ve never have been charged additional amounts by the hotel. This hotel charges a environmental sanitation fee.
The internet doesn't reach most rooms and you always need to stay at lobby for get connection. I don't recommend the breakfast. This place is good for rest and the closeness to ADO and hotel zone
Is on the center of cancun city and very close to the hotel zone. Some rooms are smaller than others with a humede smell and the personal sometimes is very lazy and heedless

• Service: The staff throughout the resort provided top-tier service. • Amenities: The pool area is a highlight, featuring great activities and seamless food/drink service
We had real good dinning experience at Los Velas. The Chef Miguel gave personal touch to our food and made cuisine which we love. He didn't even know our preference but he amused us. Also serving by Justo was really good
It’s not the sleek, ultra-modern glass tower your influencer cousin stays in, but it has a certain retro charm that I actually dug. The Vibe
Let’s be real: the decor hasn't changed much since Titanic was in theaters
You are right in the heart of the action. * The Beach: Pristine white sand is literally steps away
• Beach & Entertainment: The beach was pristine and very enjoyable. We also loved the evening games and entertainment that kept the energy high into the night. Overall: A great destination for foodies and beach lovers
We have been vacationing at this resort for the past 32 years. We have seen the upgrades throughout the years, as well as the consistent views of the most beautiful beach in Cancun
Cancun, Blvd. Kukulcan, Km. 19.5 (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room I booked was on a two-story building, and there was a very steep and narrow staircase right at the entrance, which was very inconvenient. The hygiene was poor; there were dead insects on the sheets
The downsides are that a 2000 peso deposit is required at check-in, and upon check-out, the front desk has to check the room! They only refund the money after everything is in order
In addition, the male staff on the night shift at the front desk was not familiar with the business, so I paid 200 pesos more for the room and could not refund it because I had just finished swimming and the access card was invalid and I could not enter the room
We arrived at night, and in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, vibrant colors and the stunning view from the balcony. It was truly a lovely experience.
The environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool
The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant

Good value, easy transport
Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby
Hotel worked well for our time in Cancun. Had everything we needed, was clean and staff friendly. Pool was a bit dreary!
I missed a bit more friendly service and better pool maintenance, as it was full of leaves (a plus, even though it's small, it looks nice). It's decent value for money, recommended but not for long stays
A good hotel that I return to when I need to stay in central
cancun. Always clean, good value and good service in both the hotel and the restaurant
Good price! Room was clean! It was a basic accomodation but it was good for the price I paid.
Very clean the room and very polite the staff.
good location and safe place.
Cancun, Calle Quetzal No.11, Km 7.5 (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location of the hotel is very good, there is a lake behind it, it is nice to sit next to it.
The hotel front desk is very friendly
Because it was located in the hotel zone, it had good access to the beach and was an area where pick-up and drop-off services were available for tours.
I don't think all the room is like this, hope not. But they are so baby friendly. Outside view is worth the price. It is lovely to enjoy the view while swimming in the pool
The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more
Very cheap hotel room but still comfortable.
We had a cooler in our room and we also had air conditioning. The room was medium sized with a small bathroom and big beds.
All in all a very good price-performance ratio
The Wi-Fi is a big problem; there was no cell phone signal in the rooms. Breakfast is complimentary, as they say. The truth is, it's a very functional hotel for arriving and sleeping in the hotel zone
Cancun, Boulevard Kukulcan Km 20 (15 km from centre) 🧭 Map
They have multiple pools on property, direct access to the beach. Also both the sports bar and the Sea &Stone restaurant were very good
We have stayed at this resort several times, and we continue to love it. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location — toward the South end of the hotel zone —offers a quieter, more relaxing beach experience
Pools were in good shape and beach chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. Easy walk to the R1/R2 bus stop which brings you everywhere for
) and the view was of part of the lagoon, lots of palm trees, the back of property pool (quieter) and the Flow Rider surfing machine, which operates on limited hours
I would come back to this property, next time I’m in Cancun, and atayed in a lagoon view balcony room. The room amenities were nice (full kitchenette, 2 bottles of water + coffee + tea, stackable laundry in room, etc
The food options were very limited and complicated. They need to have basic meal options and pump up the quality of the items. We had to travel to IHOP to eat a decent breakfast. Food was dry and sitting too long
Cancun, Carretera Playa del Carmen-Cancun, KM 294, Corasol (59 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was a very comfortable trip with my wife. The sea view room had a nice view, but the room size was a bit smaller than the standard room. Overall, it was very nice, but there were long queues for restaurants
The beach was better than expected, and the rooftop pool was excellent, even better than the pool at Impression
All the restaurants, except for the barbecue which was freshly grilled, seemed to be centrally kitchened. The international cuisine all had the same chef's style, and the seafood tasted frozen and wasn't of high quality
The room cleanliness was okay, but honestly, only one restaurant was good; the rest were terrible! The facilities were also outdated, beach management was poor, and the beach environment was unpleasant
If I have the chance, I would probably come back again
The room was damp and smelled bad, and no one cleaned it during my stay. The room service had limited options and the food was unappetizing
Cancun, Blvd. Kukulkan Km 20.5, Hotels Area (15 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The pool water was too cold, but the hot tub warmed up enough to enjoy by day 3, but it was mainly a kiddie pool. The bus stop is outside of the hotel and for $1 it will take you anywhere
Breakfast was included in our reservation and it was quite a spread! The beach is the nicest section of the entire ***** of beach
Everyone we encountered at the hotel were especially kind. As always when out of the country, the money exchange is always confusing. It was considered a club suite
We had two full bathrooms, a full kitchen just minus an oven, a living room with sofa bed and kitchen table. King size bed with great pillows and a balcony with a jacuzzi which was very nice
People were very eager to help. Kind. Patient. Room was excellent. Facilities were excellent. 10 10 recommend
room good, staff great, amenties o.k. shuttle service v.g.
Cancun, 8 Blvd. Kukulcan, Zona Hotelera (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
No windows in the room with the exception of the frosted display window in the passage way of the hotel. All in all, not too bad for the price. Located across the street from the RIO Palace
Good location so you could walk to just about anything you would need. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Very "efficient" (what you get for the money you pay).
Good location, clean, quiet (stayed here at the end of the busy season).
Nothing to complain.
Interesting approach, to convert a (closed) shopping mall into a hotel.
The photos of the room were a little deceiving, there are no windows, and we learned you have to run the shower for about 10 minutes before any hot water comes out
The lady was very kind, even though it was 2-3 hours before check-in. She gave me the room so I could change, leave my things, and go to the beach. Everything was great and close
The hotel is very close to the Hotel Zone and the price is very affordable, very comfortable and quite. Within walking distance to the beaches and the Super Market.
Cancun, Paseo Kukulcan Km. 6 (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Staff very friendly. Resort is older but very nice grounds. Our room was renovated...very nice Beach.
While the property is old and a tad dated, it was clean and well maintained. The beach is fantastic with lots of loungers and nice sand
The staff was the highlight of the experience, everyone from roomkeepers, bartenders and even the security guards were friendly and very patient even with my very limited Spanish (most of the staff spoke better english than I do spanish) Guadalupe in particular made our time at the buffet so good
Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and though we were too early for check in they got one of our rooms ready for us immediately and gave us our wrist bands to enjoy the bar while we waited for the other
The hotel left a wonderful impression! Cozy rooms, cleanliness, and a convenient location—everything was top-notch. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home
The food was great! Each day breakfast, lunch and dinner had different options and there was always something one of the pickier eaters in our group found they really liked
Cancun, Blvd Kukulcan KM. 9.5 Lote 5-B2, 77500 Cancún, Mexico (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Good water pressure and hot water. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and staff was kind. We felt safe due to it being sort of hidden and there were typically military/guards watching the beach outside
Amazing Location, right next to the beach. convenience store across the street., the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend!
We were able to walk to mostly everything & the ferry pier was right outside. Easy access to one of the best beaches. Our room was clean and AC worked very well. The shower drained slow but that was our only issue
Room was nice but patio is actually the public walkway to the pool so literally everyone that walks bu can just look into your room of if the patio door is open for fresh air just walk in
The location of the property is damn good just across the playa caracol beach and isla mujeros ferry point
Great overnight stay after a week in Isla Mujeres. Ferry stops right out front.
Cancun, Boulevard Kukulcán km 20.5 Lote 65-A,Boulevard Kukulcán (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It has a beautiful view from the rooms facing the sea. The restaurant is simple but has a spectacular view of the pool and the sea. Close to the airport, 10 minutes by car
The general quality of the hotel is good, the swimming pool is very pleasant with the pool bar and the access to the beach is immediate, very appreciable and beautiful
It needs maintenance and renovation in the rooms. They could have a better visual space in the lobby and the elevators. Close to the superior sea wow
Bedsheets and bathroom seemed clean and the room service for tidying up did their best to be timely but they weren't thorough, but much appreciated nonetheless. The pools were kept clean as well
The view was breathtaking, the beach was kept clean in front of the hotel
This place is absolutely amazing!! Staff are incredible!! This is the best hotel I've stayed in by far. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The spinach juice in the morning is to die for and the place is spotless
Cancun, Av. Lopez Portillo Mz 2Lt 1A SM85 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests
Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service
This property is right in front of the ferry terminal to isla mujeres and there is always convenient public transportation to the center and hotel zone beaches, the staff are helpful and it’s a good economic option,
Clean room, good stuff , building looks new and safe, with card access to the rooms .
There is construction going on all around so there’s A LOT of noise at unreasonable times. However, staff are friendly and it was clean and walking distance away from a nice beach. Its good for a cheap option!
She was our hero during our stay as everyday she impressed us with something else!
Its location just opposite to Port Juarez marina, so at least you are near the beach a way from city chaos
Cancun, Boulevard Kukulcan Km. 4.5 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The beach is at the entrance of a marina which we were ok with because we liked watching the boats. But does take away from tropical feel. They need more staff for the bars and buffets. At times there were long waits
When I booked my vacation stay, I didn't realize it was all-inclusive. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the cost of the hotel room included all meals and unlimited drinks, including alcoholic beverages
The pools and beach were great; and, there were daily activities for kids and adults. The resort was great and the value was amazing
The lunch beach restaurant on the Sens side was great. There is a bar at night at the front of the resort but no where to dance
There are 14 restaurants on sites, as well as numerous snack bars, coffee shops, alcohol bars etc, so the value for money is incredible! The Rooms are a little bit dated, but overall, they are fine, and do the job
Excellent resort, and we really enjoyed it. Location is fantastic, it's close to everything, and pretty well placed in the hotel zone. Atmosphere is great, it's vibing and popping pretty much throughout the day
Cancun, Blvd. Kukulcan Km 7.5, Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It’s a very quiet area to get away from all the noise as I was on vacation from Houston, tx. I got the back corner room an they have plenty of cameras. The only thing that could have front
Great location a short walk to shopping dinning and beach
I give a high rating based on price-quality, a number of the stated services are missing, no refrigerator, no breakfast, the isolation is such that it seems like a person is in your room, a closer should be installed on the front door, in the hallway, the slamming of the door is loud and constant
The rooms are clean, the hotel grounds are neat, but not fenced off from the street
This was a great unassuming surprise for me. I stayed a few years ago but really enjoyed the hotel and the location. It was super quiet and relaxing. Staff were lovely, mainly Spanish speaking but all good
Mexico, Cancun, super, I would come again and the hotel is suitable when there are few people, or for those who have a deep sleep
Walkable if u can walk. Quiet at night. Clean & modest for price point. Will likely return
