Our experience at Secrets Playa Mujeres was amazing. This is truly one of the best resorts we’ve ever been to. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was exceptional

This resort was everything we hoped it would. A perfect balance of tropical but not jungle like, modern but not over the top where you don't feel like you're in Mexico

The brand new Preferred Club building with lounge and bar, a beautiful upstairs restaurant serving breakfast and the most amazing 7 course dinner with amazing view of the ocean, and a new pool area complete with Bali beds, really is a major perk

Had a great vacation here! Thank you. The service was exceptional as usual at Secrets resorts. Played golf once and held an alligator's tail! Who else can say that! The pool was fantastic! The food was great!

The icecream / coffee shop was a favourite. The pool side lounge chairs were often full but we could usually find couple if we walked to another pool. The evening shows were amazing! We had a great trip!!

The room was clean and felt very spacious. Our room had a great location, close to the kids pool. The staff were friendly, asked if I need anything before I even knew I needed something

This was truly the best value for money trip! The $1 bus tour was fun, and the small Mayan museum, snorkeling, and golf cart tour nearby were short but pretty good too

The resort was nice; great pools, great gym, and helpful reception desk

Honestly, the scenery, the hotel's view, cleanliness, friendly service, and the buffet taste – everything exceeded my expectations and was incredibly satisfying

The pool's cleanliness and the beautiful views were perfect. The stunning beach scenery, fine sandy shores, and the thrill of surfing were all fantastic

Excellent service with a warm touch. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The restaurant service was impeccable, and the steakhouse for dinner was delicious

The steakhouse had decent food but the wait is over 90 minutes unless you get there before 6 to get on the line. Service from staff were good on general. Friendly staff with limited English

The food shops are just exceptional there is a cute coffee shop that serves ready made sandwiches ice cream coffees biscuits chocolates it’s not all just buffet menus. The hotel is huge and so clean

Clean and very nice! ^_^ The pre-booked meal was delicious! The buffet, however, was just okay. Since I don't drink alcohol, it felt a bit wasted on me.

The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time

Service was very very bad, the food was ok. Water tasted weird, not the best service & some rooms had issues too.

This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere

Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun

The private beach was wonderful and very clean. The location was perfect for us as we was far enough out of the hotel zone and only a bus ride away or 6 dollars on a cab

There are areas of the hotel that are potentially slightly worn and building work currently in progress, we feel the new central bar area will be a great asset as would be nice to have a larger drink area for morning time after breakfast and then before/ after evening meal! But hotel generally kept very clean, we saw deep cleaning happening all around the hotel constantly, cleaning of steps, metal...

I truly can not fault this hotel, so close to the airport and the security was amazing too, not that we felt we needed it because we felt super safe in Cancun. Jem and Nicola room B702 8th-19th Jan 2026 ❤️

The gastronomic experience was a major highlight. Being able to secure reservations at renowned restaurants like Fasano and Bacoli made our trip truly special; the food was world-class

We didn’t go all inclusive so can’t comment on the food etc, but the hotel and service we received was great, the hotel was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed

We stayed at Emporio Cancun with my wife and our 8-year-old twin daughters, and we were honestly surprised by the high quality of the hotel—it was well above what we expected

If I had to give any feedback, the service at the actual beach might have been a little faster if it wasn't perfect! We'll be back

It’s a big scale hotel with all the facilities, swimming pools are nice. Service is just standard, welcome snacks are missing and we have to ask to slippers

Magnificent resort in Cancun. Our dream holiday was perfect choosing this hotel. Super friendly and attentive staff, the pool is amazing and the beach area just incredible.

However, a significant drawback was the excessive amount of seaweed on the beach directly outside the hotel, which made it less than ideal for anyone who enjoys ocean swimming

The room was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were also excellent. It has a private beach right on its doorstep, and the service was exceptional

Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. If you have beach shoes, I recommend bringing them because there are many shells and disintegrated corals in the water🪸

The resort was GORGEOUS! The staff were super friendly and personable. Also, it’s very clean. Perfect for families who want the beauty of cancún.

The beach was lacking and not very pretty. The pool was big and with so many chairs you could get a nice spot. It was odd to me that they had the daytime entertainment but then wouldn't have music after that

hotel is new and clean. food and service is average. Beach is small and terrible, too many seaweed. Very windy as well.

We live in one of the top seafood destinations in the US and the salmon in this restaurant was hands down the best cooked piece of fish that I have EVER had. All in all, Im really glad we stopped here

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Everyone was friendly, the food was decent, and I had a great time!

Also every night around 9:30, sea turtles will come up to the beach right behind the resort! We highly recommend checking them out

Upon arrival, we discovered our room was a side sea-view room. The cost to upgrade was too high, so we opted not to and actually switched hotels for the remaining days of our trip

The staff were quite friendly, and the buffet offered a good variety of dishes. However, the salad greens weren't very fresh, and the dining area was quite noisy, possibly due to limited space

We also felt that their premium sea-view rooms didn't offer as good value for money as the Grand Park next door, though their lower-priced rooms seemed like a much better deal

The service was generally good, and the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. The ocean is beautiful, and the food was decent. The only real drawback is how crowded it gets

However, if your main goal is simply to relax and lounge on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfectly adequate

I had an excellent time staying here. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to any request. The beach and pool area was breathtaking and immaculate. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We had real good dinning experience at Los Velas. The Chef Miguel gave personal touch to our food and made cuisine which we love. He didn't even know our preference but he amused us. Also serving by Justo was really good

You are right in the heart of the action. * The Beach: Pristine white sand is literally steps away

You could probably eat your chilaquiles off the lobby floor (though I’d recommend a plate). It’s clean, functional, and unpretentious. Location, Location, Location This is why you book it

* The Nightlife: You’re close enough to the clubs to walk, but just far enough away that you don't hear every bass drop of "Mr. The "Cancun Tax" Fair warning: the city is getting expensive

Amazing position and real nice hotel. Service was ok but not really focusing in customer-resolution-problems. No control of beach spaces between all customers. Sushi incredible.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the food was superb. The room was very basic but clean, and the hotel, while small, was very practical

The only extremely negative part of our experience was an invitation we accepted for a 'beach membership' promotion. A short, bald man got very aggressive with me because I didn't take what he was offering

The only bad thing of this Resort, we did not like that the bars around the pool they all close at 6 pm

They push you to make a decision on the spot, and we felt truly uncomfortable with the whole situation. It made for a very unpleasant moment

We changed rooms because on the far side we heard too much music from the club. We paid a smaller fee the upgrade, but staff was super accommodating and the room was always cleaned everyday

We loved the hotel and entertainment team. Food was a bit disappointing at times, but the drinks and entertainment were great and the beach beautiful

My biggest suggestion for improvement is to take away some of the 'elite member' cabanas and put more sub beds for regular guests, as these were limited and the elite ones were mostly empty and they were trying to upsell all the time

The staff worked really hard and were on the whole amazing. We had a great time and the New Year's Eve event was the best we had experienced!

But everything completely changed when the manager, Stefano Rayo, paid attention to our complaints… He turned out to be some kind of magician! Initially, we received a free room upgrade since I have Platinum membership with *******, but there was no hot water in the shower — we had to take cold showers even though we reported it several times

The issue wasn’t resolved… until Stefano found out about our problem. He gave us another, even better room with hot water! And his attitude toward us was simply outstanding — very respectful, polite, and professional

Finally got around to writing this review! My friends and I stayed at Sandos in Cancun from November 4th to 8th, and I just had to share our experience. I’ve been to Cancun many times — I truly love this place

Highly recommended, a closed holiday home, it’s a bit troublesome to travel but it’s really a one-stop service! You can also eat anything, and there are several specialty restaurants to choose from.

The resort itself is stunning, very clean, has friendly staff, and amazing service. The pools and beaches are gorgeous and the rooms are also incredibly clean

This was an absolutely amazing experience, and if you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend booking. We took a friends trip in December and everyone had a blast

Excellent hotel, great location, service, food, the staff's attention is very good, and the staff's treatment makes all the difference; I would definitely return.

Great food, perfect size pool. Average beach, entertainment was not as good as past visits. Had first couples massage it was excellent. Had average weather and low numbers at hotel which may have effected experience.

All the workers were friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. One of the days we were there, there was no running hot water and made us wait later in the day in order to shower.

This is the best resort ever, everybody is so friendly and helpful. Wanting to give a big shout out to one of the playmakers, Daniel, he is awesome and friendly and made the stay much better

The balcony in the room was perfect for chatting. The room service was excellent. There are many restaurants in the hotel, and the sea is right outside the door with beautiful views. Overall, a perfect stay.

The hotel's own entertainment activities were a highlight; they organized group activities for guests at the bar, by the water, and on the beach

Not worth for 325 usd for 1 night, also we need to give tip for everything even if a drink, otherwise they will never give as per our expectations

A sexy hotel with an adult theme. All activities in the hotel are very sexy. You are not allowed to take photos of others. You can only take photos of the exterior and the beach

Very happening resort for party people, spent 5 nights at this resort, the foods were good, many restaurants in the resort to chose for lunch & dinner. Can take USD 1 bus to travel around Cancun.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place

Nice hotel, but it wasn't as new and luxurious as it looked, and the food needs to be improved.

Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars

One problem we encountered is that people reserve sun loungers early in the morning and leave their towels there without even being at the pool

The beach outside the hotel was great! Foods were terrible

The front desk even called to check if there was anything that could be improved

Most importantly, upon check-out, they provided us with a pass that allowed us to continue enjoying the resort's amenities – including food, drinks, and pools – until 4 PM

We transferred from the adjacent Sunscape resort and had specifically requested a direct ocean-facing room

The property is larger, boasting more and more beautiful swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and a wider selection of restaurants

It's a all inclusive hotels with Good Location great beach. The drinks could be better.

The room type was excellent and spacious enough, with a balcony facing the sea, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean views daily

The hotel has a beautiful environment, perfect for a vacation, and the service is excellent. The three meals offered are also very generous.

However, the room facilities were very old, and the restaurant food was just average. The better restaurants required advance reservations, but whether you could actually get one was another story

I read some reviews saying the rooms were a bit old, but it was actually better than I expected. The view is absolutely stunning, and the all-inclusive dining offers a great variety of options

The hotel's public areas were also beautifully decorated, perfect for photos everywhere, with lots of plants and animals like lizards and peacocks

From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation

I especially enjoyed the cabanas, which I highly recommend, and the heated pool was a major plus. The amenities were excellent. All NFL games were available at the bar, which was a nice touch

We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive

They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort

Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely comfortable staying on the resort the entire time and did not feel the need to leave. Everything I wanted was right there, and I felt safe and well cared for

Place was very clean, staff we lovely. Lots of food options and snacks. We were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to star class which allowed us an additional pool and restaurants

We had our favourite bar tender Louie (his name tag was MIA so not sure it in spelling it correctly) who worked in the premiere bar & lounge, he was so funny and always remembered our drink orders! We had a swim out in our room and it was worth the upgrade, so nice and refreshing! We will be back again for sure!

Antonio kept the room very clean. Water pressure in the shower was slow. All good otjerwise. Mauricio and David as ambassadors were great!

The hotel is very dated but the beach is one of the most beautiful ones I have ever been to!

They even have a smart robot that delivers food! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool

The issue I had was with downstairs, the salespeople booked me to go with my 5 children to Moon Palace for a day pass, when Moon Palace mentioned that all my children had to participate in a 90 minute presentation, I told them I'm sorry, but will have to return to Beach Palace

I booked two (2) rooms at the Beach Palace and was happy with the rooms with the exception of the A/C which kept running which was fine, I just needed to redirect the fan

I enjoyed how respectful and caring the staff were. All of the meals were amazing 😍. The activities and events at the resort were awesome,transportation access was on point. The tour to Isla mujeres was so much fun

Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like I was constantly being pressured into tipping at every interaction

The hotel is generally good, though a bit dated. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the shopping mall, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel
