The service was terrible, and the noise level in the room at night was completely disproportionate to the price. My complaints were ignored, and I felt discriminated against as a Chinese person.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The lobby and rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. They even have a smart robot that delivers food! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice Hotel, great location, but Staff wanted to charge me extra taxes I already paid when I booked.. be careful with double charges.. They are very famous.

I found the place and the service very good. I stayed in one of the rooms with a lake view, and it was truly beautiful. It's very conveniently located, within walking distance of souvenir shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and the port, which takes you to Isla Mujeres. A shuttle bus takes you to the hotel area right outside the door. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly.

A good hotel. I liked everything! The only thing that upsets me is the insane adherence to COVID-19 measures. The absolutely useless sanitization of suitcases upon check-in. Constant temperature checks😖. A maximum of 2 people are allowed in the elevator. And there are markings on the elevator floor that say these two people should stand in different corners and face INTO THE CORNER. The limit on beach guests is 90 people. And who's counting????? The hotel employee monitoring beach safety wears a MASK all day in the heat, despite not getting close to anyone and maintaining 100% social distancing. All these measures don't help in any way (otherwise, all cases of the disease would have already ceased worldwide), but they do help maintain fear and tension in people😡. Most people don't follow these measures anyway. Why do the smart people who run the hotel engage in such useless, and maybe even harmful, measures???? Enough of this absurdity and circus. People who are truly afraid of others stay home. And those who travel are able to independently assess their own condition and the risks from those around them. And, as a rule, those around them are SAFE.
