Everything was great, from check in to check out! The staff was amazing especially the butlers and the assitance staff!

I had a really nice stay at Nilu Cancún by Selina! 🌴 The location is perfect — right in the hotel zone, close to the beach and bus stops. The vibe was super chill, and I met some amazing travelers in the dorm

The location inside a jungle was very attractive and athmospheric. In the beginning, we were somewhat lost because the parking was located on a different location rather than near the entrance

Have to put in effort to socialise there as it’s quite big. Beautiful location and property. However, Beds are creeky and don’t have guards on the top bunks to stop u falling on marble floor

Lockers sound like you’re scraping metal across the floor and wake everyone up. Make sure you don’t sleep on the bunk with aircon, everyone who slept there was freezing and got sick

Slightly dated in the bedrooms, no curtains on the beds and the rooms could have been cleaner, I think there was som confusion as to which bunks were used and not

But there are pools of all kinds all around, and restaurants to suit every taste

We love our stay when we come to Garza Blanca,; beginning with the bell man, Fermin, who treated us like family and made sure to answer all questions; next the food is amazing

We were especially impressed by the activities team, who did a fantastic job getting the teenagers (and adults) involved each day—pickleball, beach soccer, water park race contests, and more

We had a great time at Garza Blanca Cancun. The restaurants are terrific, especially Bocados and Hiroshi, the pools are spacious and warm, and the rooms are well appointed

We never went more than a minute at the beach or pool without a server asking if we needed anything. The restaurants were the same—exceptional service all around

Dao restaurant is fabulous, our waiter Geraldo there made us feel like royalty. The new restaurant at Mussai ( the NOI) was absolutely delicious. Been here a few times and the entertainment just gets better

Very basic hotel. Perfect 4 one or 2 nights. Handicapped persons facilities. Nice pool. Extraordinary attention by the staff.

We stayed there the first and last night of our trip to Mexico to be close to the airport. The service was very good, very friendly people.

This place is great, right across the street from ADO, you can grab public transport to hotel zone for 9 pesos (2017), or find mercados and real Mexican cheap but good restaurants in this area, true Mexican people away from tourist zone, there is a park called palapas just a few blocks away which every weekend has some really cool shows, mainly amateur guys doing performance shows, acrobats, clowns...

Convenient location just across Ado. We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind

We had an incredible room with an incredible view for an incredible moment ! They where very kind with us as we came there to celebrate our engagement. The only missing point is the food

Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch

We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun

On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities

Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Not a swimmer, but refreshing to just get in the pool. The staff was all very helpful and our room was maintained well while we were there.

This was an overall nice property with nice location, beautiful beach and pools. The food truck and tacos by the pool were hits for our midday lunch/snack. The buffet always had something we could enjoy

The pool and beach areas were beautiful and well maintained, with a very alert lifeguard who made us feel safe. The infinity pool and swim-up bars were perfect for relaxing. Entertainment, however, could be better

Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us

There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the "concierges" to attend their "special" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing timeshare scam

The drinks were the best in Cancun. Would recommend this for sure. Very family based though so make sure you realise it’s not adults only

Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up The app never worked for us to make dining reservations Evening shows were excellent

Getting a chair on the beach is hard work haha so get ready to wake up early for a good spot. Plenty of room though but once you have a spot you’re best of keeping it. Food was the best in Cancun that dinning was so good

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and though we were too early for check in they got one of our rooms ready for us immediately and gave us our wrist bands to enjoy the bar while we waited for the other

The staff was the highlight of the experience, everyone from roomkeepers, bartenders and even the security guards were friendly and very patient even with my very limited Spanish (most of the staff spoke better english than I do spanish) Guadalupe in particular made our time at the buffet so good

Good water pressure and hot water. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and staff was kind. We felt safe due to it being sort of hidden and there were typically military/guards watching the beach outside

I'm so glad we booked this hotel rather than a big resort. So we had the pool to ourselves the whole entire week. Staff & Manager very friendly and helpful. They have two restaurants food was great

Room was nice but patio is actually the public walkway to the pool so literally everyone that walks bu can just look into your room of if the patio door is open for fresh air just walk in

Great overnight stay after a week in Isla Mujeres. Ferry stops right out front.

Good price, tidy apartments. Good wifi, location not so good. Always take taxi or Uber for your safety. Minus is that there is no restaurant. Nice is the small swimming pool though

Great service, clean rooms, best quality in its price range in cancun, have spent here a week. Refrigerator, AC, warm water all the time. The wifi is lagging quite a bit.

Fabulous staff and great place, i would consider coming back. It loses one star as they need some tlc on the property such as maintenance of the pool furnishings, and small tlc needed on the rooms

Great location, walking distance to Marcado 23 & Soriana, Ultramar ferry is 3. Friendly staff and very chill vibes, regardless of the language barrier, they were trying their best to help us

Parking on property is provided, very convenient and safe. The room is a bit small but cozy and clean

Essentials are provided in your room (mini fridge and TV), you're right downtown and the staff are more than fantastic!! Only downside for our stay was there was no WIFI, which meant we had to spend time chatting with each other versus our faces being in our devices
