We had an incredible room with an incredible view for an incredible moment ! They where very kind with us as we came there to celebrate our engagement.

Royal solaris is a good option if you want just a resort experience but its little far from the main hotel zone.

Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service.
We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful.
Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable.
On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service.
The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options.
Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again.

Not worthy. I booked my stay at this hotel for 3 days. I reserved a king sized bed with ocean view but they gave me double bed unit, after requesting for a change the staff lectured me on how the rooms are typically selected for the views and not for the bed type, amused with his explanations. I think they should not provide options if they want to randomly assign units regardless of our choice. Secondly, to reserve one of the two restaurants that they have you will need access to the app and it took almost two hours for them to get the app to work upon check-in and by that time all the restaurants were full for the day. Also, I learned that these restaurants are not available for you to reserve everyday if your stay is for 3 days your are allowed to book only once. The soundproofing in the units is bad you can hear lot of noises and sounds of nearby guests making it hard to sleep at night. Also survived with a clogged sink in the bathroom. I would definitely not recommend staying here it’s not worthy for the price you pay.

Amazing restaurant right on the shore of the lagoon. Fresh fish caught daily. We had the octopus ceviche and whole fish grilled. It was fantastic.

Great restaurant. Fun and low key on the Bayside with great views. It can get a little busy at sunset but it is worth it for the view and the great food. The fish tacos and ceviche are amazing but really everything is great. If you are looking for a low key, easy and not so touristy spot for cold beer and delicious food this is the spot for you. Fast and friendly service is just the icing on the cake! Right across from the GR Caribe by Solaris it is not easy to spot from the street but just look for all the cars parked on the street and then follow the locals down.

A small but very nice place. It's hidden in trees aside the lagoon, very natural. At the first sight, I doubted if I went to a wrong place. Later on, I knew I was totally misled by its appearance!!!Highly recommend taco. I can ate 4 one time lol. (I usually eat 2) Everything is fresh and the price is very low, even lower than those in downtown! The only one place I tried twice in Cancun.

Excellent fish pesadillas. My picky son ate 5 at 16 pesos each. My husband and I split a mixed ceviche - incredible! Beautiful views. Fish was fresh and kept on ice. We went there 3 times on our vacation and did not get sick on our sensitive American stomachs. If you want an authentic Mexican feel, go here. Take pesos as its cash only.

Very much a local hang out right on the lagoon. A challenge to find but definitely worth it. The food was fantastic and a great value (15 pesos for fish tacos - they were amazing as was the mixed ceviche). Food was fresh - we watched them devein shrimp and clean the fish.

If you're into only 5 star dining - don't go here. If you want to get away from the Cancun glitz and have a more genuine local experience with excellent food, go here.

We weren't customers of the hotel but we went there one evening because we were really hungry and the employees told us we could eat there. Maybe they took advantage of the situation or maybe it was just the normal price but in either cases it was way too high. It's a buffet so you can eat as much as you want but the quality is not really there... In brief, average food for overrated price. Wouldn't recommend it.
