We stayed one night of a longer booking. The blind was broken. There are large gaps around the door. The bathroom is far too small for old fat people like me. I requested a refund and was told to contact Expedia as I had booked vie them. Expedia tried but got no response from the hotel. It is in an industrial area. The staff were nice but the hotel is not.

Great location, walking distance to Marcado 23 & Soriana, Ultramar ferry is 3.2 km away. Friendly staff and very chill vibes, regardless of the language barrier, they were trying their best to help us. Parking on property is provided, very convenient and safe. The room is a bit small but cozy and clean.

nothing worked. stayed for 1 month. for 2 weeks tv not worked, no internet, only in lobby sometimes worked. refused a refund of any kind. nightmare. no refund from ******* either. run like hell, felt like a prisoner. If i left would lose all my money. charles robb

Soy Local staff make all the difference at this hotel!! If you're looking to be close downtown and don't want the resort style stay, this is the hotel for you. Essentials are provided in your room (mini fridge and TV), you're right downtown and the staff are more than fantastic!! Only downside for our stay was there was no WIFI, which meant we had to spend time chatting with each other versus our faces being in our devices.

Beware do not use this hotel, their response to my concerns have been shocking. I was scammed out of 240 pounds through my emails and messages with them and they also took money from my account when it was not a pre payment booking. They have refused to pay any of it back. Disgusting dont book here

A decent hotel that worth the price.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was a bit small, and they don't have body wash and shampoo provided in.

I have to say worth the price, if I rent a car I would visit again.

Oh by the way, the wifi was too slow, and somehow disconnected.

Don't. Just don't. Other than hot water, nothing else works here. The much needed AC is louder than air traffic. If you shut off the AC you get the chirping of the smoke alarm. No bath mat, so your room is all wet. Forget about looking out the window, the blinds are broken so in essence your room is like a jail cell. Imagine checking out at the reception and being asked to go back to your room to fetch the towels...what the hell? Awful.

Fabulous staff and great place, i would consider coming back. It loses one star as they need some tlc on the property such as maintenance of the pool furnishings, and small tlc needed on the rooms. But still in the acceptable range especially considering the price

Tucked behind the main road, staff was friendly, first room had a bug problem so they promptly switched me to another room. I wish they provided iron/blow dryer.

Good price, tidy apartments. Good wifi, location not so good. Always take taxi or Uber for your safety.

Minus is that there is no restaurant.

Nice is the small swimming pool though
