Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us. There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the "concierges" to attend their "special" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing timeshare scam.

Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room
Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up

The hotel was horrible. Never again!!! The food options were horrible same items every day. Staff not helpful says dining options available when there is really not. My family wasn’t all able to try I try to get credit back for 4 people including additional room I had and they wouldn’t give it to yet they canceled the other room and gave it to someone else. Just horrible never again

By far the worst food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Both of my kids refused to eat because they said it made them sick. We wasted 2 days of our trip sitting in the room because the food made us sick. I would not feed any of the food to my dogs at home

During my stay at this hotel, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.
The bathroom door scraped when opening, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved with minimal maintenance. The pillow was uncomfortable, directly affecting the quality of sleep, which is unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a comfort-oriented option.
The biggest issue, without a doubt, was the poor management of the restaurants. On two occasions, we waited in line for the taco restaurant and, after waiting, were informed that we could not enter because the food had run out. This shows a serious lack of planning, inventory control, and respect for guests’ time.
At the restaurant located closer to the beach, the service was equally poor. There was an excessive delay in assigning a table, and the waiting time for a server to attend us was unjustifiable. The service was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional.
The hotel has potential, but it currently fails in basic areas such as maintenance, comfort, and especially in the quality and management of its service. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in these areas.

My two kids got sick 3 days in the row because of the food, anything was terrible and the Mexican people pay more that haft of the price we paid with expida

Overall it’s crowded. Long lines to the buffets, not all the restaurants Included. Only beach is nice for the kids, but no activities for the kids.

housekeeping expectations were not communicated earlier. Cleaning is done every other day, but was not communicated when we checked in.

I feel the food was over promised as the top 3 restaurants are for SENS VIP only. The a la carte restaurants all resemble typical north american buffet type food. The elevator is like a 3 person max so mpst of the time using the stairs. The overall idea this is a 4 star is way over inflated. At best 2.5 3 star property in comparison to the grand oasis at the other locatipn in town. The grand oasis palm and sens definitely is not worth the cost. I would recommend looking at other properties.

The room cleaner did not leave new clean towels, the mini bar stocker I specifically asked to fill with Coke Zero and he just ignored me and didn’t fill it at all. The snack shack didn’t have sliced cheese for the burgers, didn’t have hotdogs one day and never had ketchup

This expensive if for what it is .
If you purchased with a travel agency, or via the internet you'll pay $270 extra for use of dock , do not warn that payment when purchasing tickets.

Lousy! If you're a foreigner speaking English, or all but español latino, kiss up to the floor that you spend. Put too many people on the boat, never serve you, it is carisimo more by taxes apart that you get to the last and do not look couples busty giving shows out of tune.. Horrible never again !!
