Beautiful rooms and lobby’s in the hotel. Main complaint would be about maintenance around the pools, furniture and curtains not kept very clean

The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.

Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel and room. The room was comfortable, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great pools to relax after a long hot day out. I really liked the honey shower gel and extras. I would definitely stay in hotel hacienda again without a doubt.

Great location and a nice enough hotel. It's clean and the staff are helpful. Water is only warm at times not hot and the bed is very hard. It's located nest to a hostel that can be quite loud until 2300. The breakfast is pretty good and the grounds are nice. Adding double glazing for noise, fixing the hot water and upgrading the bed would make this place a gem.

No fridge, and the breakfast is not included. AC unit need to be upgraded, they do work. Facility its nice and within a walking distance to the main plaza.

Checkin process was simple and easy. The whole staff was super friendly. Loved that TV had Netflix on it. The room was clean and spacious. The middle pool was my favorite. There was no one around in the pools so I had it all to myself. They have a little bar area where I was able to get drinks to take to the pool or even enjoy it at the bar. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Staff were all very helpful.

Beautiful house, decorated with taste . The bedroom and bathroom are large and modern with a huge and very comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful and made the reservations we needed.
There is a free convenient parking. And a lovely pool.

Service was exceptional, food was decent but the portion was incredibly small. I got the ravioli and they give you 5 small ravioli peices. I don't think you could have even consider it an appetizer it was so small. Definitely not worth the price.

Pasta was alright. Pizza was not. Far from it. On top of things they basically impose a 15% tip. Not trying to be cheap here, but in Mexico you are free to add as much tip as you like and considering that the pizza was sub-par I found 15% excessive. Attentive service, but overpriced food.

Pizza was terrible, had nothing to do with pizza in terms of flavour/structure. Pasta was ok-ish. Overprized for the quality it delivers.

Friendly and engaging staff make this place a pleasure to eat in. The quality of the food was excellent. Not fussy or elaborate, but the ingredients were prime and the taste very good. There is a choice of seating inside, or in an open-air courtyard with fans to keep you cool. The WiFi worked well. Good prices. I can't give it 5 stars because although the decor was unique and interesting, it was a little tired compared to other establishments close by, and I wasn't really feeling the plastic chairs added anything. However, you won't be dissapointed by the food and service.
