I'm incredibly happy with my choice, locationnwas excellent in my opinion, not too close not too far to the old town, nice design for the room, excellent shower albeit a bit small, water always hot and good pressure, breakfast is more than fine for the hotel's price, can't say much about the service cause I didn't really need anything

We liked this hotel very much! Friendly and sympathetic staff, good breakfast.

The rooms are spacy and very clean. The service at front dest is very helpful, however, at the breakfast not so much. We came around 30 minutes before closing, and all warm food was cold

The hotel location is not perfect, but it is also very convenient to get to and from town within several minutes. Parking is freely available at the property

The bathroom was small, but perfectly adequate and, most importantly, clean. There was more than enough parking. The breakfast buffet was okay. The fried egg was unfortunately cold

Even with the balcony door closed, the traffic noise was faintly audible in the room, but not disturbing. Unfortunately, there were no German TV channels

Nice small hotel, well designed and cozy. I got a room with a roof window and a beautiful wooden furniture 🥰 Small fridge, TV, air conditioner, locker. Very clean and for a good price

Friendly people willing to help all tourists. The apartments are very nice, with good position in the city. I would recommend it. There is a possibility to park motorcycles in front of the apartments.

One of the best places to stay at while in Montenegro, overlooking the beautiful Budva.

It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports

I was very pleased to meet and speak with the manager who was having breakfast at the same time as me. Very nice person, felt like a valued customer

The service was excellent, exemplified by the helpful staff who efficiently assisted in organising a taxi for my early morning departure to Tivat Airport

Once at Tivat Airport, there was a queue at the departure gate, but thankfully, it moved reasonably fast. The hotel offers a pleasant breakfast service between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM for an affordable price of €8

My only minor critique would be that the shower in the bathroom was a bit small. While fully functional, this could be a point of improvement for guest comfort

This hotel truly shines as a very nice, friendly, family-run establishment. My stay was made exceptionally comfortable by the lovely room I was allocated

A definite highlight was the private balcony, which offered beautiful mountain views—a perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening unwind

A useful tip for future travellers: allow at least one hour for the journey due to current road works along the route

Clean modern apartments with all the conveniences and a friendly/welcoming family acting as hosts. A great choice as a place to stay in the town, and only ten minutes walk to the old town and seafront.

This was extremely good value for what you got I would highly recommend it. The host also offered to take us to a local beach for €10 each way and it was so nice and private

We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference

We could not find the villa and google maps got it wrong but we popped into a restaurant and they called they owners who met us there and let us follow them

The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides

The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better

The location is about a 10-minute drive from Kotor, but it’s absolutely worth it if you want to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Bay of Boka Kotorska away from the crowds

We also had a memorable (and slightly wet!) night during a 'Jugo' storm when rainwater leaked through the windows, but Tatiana's care made us feel supported throughout

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience

Stunning views, great service, clean water, pool and very very tasty!!! The day to eat pizza or a sandwich on the beach and in the evening come to an elegant dinner.

An amazing hotel An amazing hotel with everything. Easy driving distance to most tourist attractions. Very clean and friendly staff.

HOWEVER The service was not 5 star, not even 3, if we booked a boat or a taxi it was always late and the staff never delivered on the service after saying they would, for example we asked to book a boat for 6:30 but we waited till 7 and turns out it wasn’t booked and there were events that night which meant we had to find different plans, overall just felt rude

The bed is the most comfiest thing ever and the rooms are all so amazing even in the cheapest room. The spa was also lovely with a large pool and a jacuzzi, the massagers were amazing and worth the prize in my opinion

The views are amazing and the hotel offer free boat rides to Porto if you go to one of their restaurants which was also lovely, also the beach and pools were 100% 5 star worthy they were so clean, never too crowded

The other staff were not attentive at all and quite rude (especially reception) not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel at all. Also bear in mind that the hotel is very far from the towns of Kotor and Tivat

I would like to highlight the waiter Ivan who served us. A good-natured, kind and efficient waiter! Thank you for his and the kitchen's excellent work!

Modern hotel with elements of retro charm. Located in the strict city center, extremely helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean, well maintained. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view

They was also nice and professional dressed but lake of positive vibe. I think this kind of Hotel/restaurant should have a bit more positive vibe. Otherwise it is a good place to spend some good time

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

Amazing location in the nicest part of Tivat and unbelievable views from the front facing balconies. Reception staff are very accommodating The rooms are adequate. Having a balcony facing the sea is definitely worth it

The hotel is located perfectly, directly on promenade, and a few meters from Porto Montenegro, which is ideal for nice walks even with strollers. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, not so modern, tho

If you are hesitating about a stay here. It is clean, the bed sleeps lovely and the staff is very kind. Everybody that works here does it's best to give you a nice stay. Best stay so far here in Montenegro!

Breakfast is tasty and varied. The service is of a very good standard, and the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. The beds and pillows are comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep

The taxi driver kept asking questions, and even those passing by didn't know what kind of hotel it was! After half an hour of wandering around in the dark, in the rain, with a suitcase, walking down a passageway between a construction fence and the building, and entering a door, I found myself in the entryway

We spend 3 nights here. The hôtel has a good location. The only négative thing is thé smell, don’t know Where does it comes.

There's nothing to write about, other than I encountered unbridled aggression and rudeness. It was as if I'd barged into her home and told her I'd watch football on her couch! You can't tell it's a hotel from the street

No one was on reception when we arrived but in fairness we was very early. We called the number on the desk and they came to meet us within 10 minutes. They let us check in early too at no extra cost

Great hotel in city centre (Podgorica) Excellent location in the city centre close to restaurants and bars. The park close to the national stadium is worth a visit. Food and drink prices are very reasonable.

One of the best hotels in Kotor, the restaurant is a must-try. Cheap and large! Better than any other place I've eaten! The key is that it's cheap and a 4-star hotel!

Not too bad Central hotel. Close to everything. Breakfast was nice but the hot food should be kept hot. All the food are opened with a blow fly flying around the first day. Too much cold meats.

The swimming pool is an option which needs to be paid. In the morning, the smells from the kitchen are strong inside the room. The older lady with the red hair from housekeeping was very sweet

This hotel is really great! It's super clean, and for just over 400 RMB a night, it even includes breakfast for two – such a good deal. They provide disposable slippers in the room, and the shampoo is excellent

Very convenient for exploring the main tourist sights of Podgorica. It also provides free parking, which is an excellent value-add

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and the bus station, and the city itself is very walkable. There are also a few halal dining options nearby. I highly recommend Berlin Doner, it’s amazing

Waking up to that scenery was truly a highlight! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices to satisfy every taste. The beach was another great perk – clean, peaceful, and just steps away from the hotel

One of the most beautiful beaches in the Montenegro with all luxury you can imagine. Friendly staff, tasty food and various drinks are served on the beach for reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.

Great Location , right next to the old town of Ulcinj. Beatiful beach with great service. The rooms are very large each with a large terrace where u can enjoy your mornings & evenings. BIG recommend !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Budva! The prices were really good for what they offer — great value for money. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help with anything I needed

The room is super clean, design is up to date and the bathroom is new. I do wish they would offer different soaps for body vs. shampoo and conditioner, but this is the most ridiculous comment I have ever had on a hotel

Breakfast was worth it - fresh veggies, eggs, nuts, granola, pastries and fruit. From what it looked when we were looking for an hotel in Montenegro, it's more than average

The staff - Yasmina, Magda, and every single person we encountered in the reception or cleaning staff, were all SO KIND, WELCOMING and had a high-class service attitude

They made our stay 1000% better with great recommendations, and lovely present in our room when checking in. The room is very big, including a kitchen and a balcony

We stayed at this hotel for just one night as part of tour of the Balkans. The decor was very nice and the bathroom was modern with a walk in shower in our room 427 and nice complementary toiletries

Unfortunately the food in the restaurant wasn't as hot as it should be. I appreciate they are catering for lots of people but the fish we tried was drier than dry

No elevator - so be prepared to lift all your staff to a room on your own. However, there is a free parking lot just in ~500m Positive: Promenade is in 100m

At breakfast the fried eggs were all smashed (is this how they have them?) and the bacon very fatty so we settled for cereals and banana

Second, our room was on the first floor, and the balcony design was a bit strange — the wall was so high that we couldn’t see the view while sitting down

My only suggestion would be to pay a bit more attention to the beach towels, as they are already a little worn out — which doesn’t look so good for a 5-star hotel

Also, charging €10 per hour for a paddle board whose paddle was not in good condition (the broken part didn’t allow the size/height to be fixed) does not reflect well on a 5-star hotel with already high rates

The only negative I can think of is its location, a little far from the city center, but taxis are cheap here and it takes less than 10 minutes and about 3 euros to get there

A lovely hotel with free on-site car parking which in around 15 minutes from Podgorica airport. The hotel staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with excellent showers

The hotel is great, rooms are big and clean, bed is comfy. There is a spa with a nice dry and wet sauna included in the room price. There is a building being built nearby so there's some noise during the day

As we had an early flight the next day and couldn’t have breakfast, the hotel kindly prepared a lunch bag for us, which included a bottle of water, a ham and cheese panini, an apple and a banana

I love to walk from hotel villa to another, the landscape is huge and there are so many gardens with fresh bloomed flowers. The pool area offers a cozy lounge area. You are 5 minutes walking distance from the beach

You will always find this place friendly and relaxing. You can hang at the deck bar with a fresh made coffee, with a beautiful and unique sea view experience

7 min walk to the Old Town and 10 to 15 min walk to the best beaches of the town (Ricardova glava and Mogren). Good breakfast on a beautiful terrace

Excellent location in the heart of Budva. A tall, older gentleman with glasses who works there was incredibly kind and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable for a hotel in the city center. Highly recommended!❣️

I don't think I'll be able to have breakfast anywhere else in Budva anymore; it's truly excellent. The fish is also very good, but I didn't get a chance to try the evening buffet.

The breakfast was fine, and the dining area was pleasant; we ate on the terrace overlooking the sea. The pool was also great and had a nice view. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Budva

It is located on the main road. The traffic situation is quite bad in Bar these months (the summer season). It was difficult to cross the road even from the hotel. Antivari is located at the beginning of the town

Best restaurant in Perast. The squid stuffed with shrimps are excellent. Shard is less tasty though. Service is good and the view is amazing
