Water doesn't work much on the second floor. Lights in one of the dormitories neither. The bathroom on the second floor is not in a very good state. Not a good place to work from. But they try to do their best :)

The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area

The restaurant next door Timun is worth a visit along with cafe Del mare and Portun, avoiding La Ricetta. We hired the bikes for a day and cycled to Tivat which was a great day

Bathroom is also very modern, but the walk-in shower has a weird drain, and i see it making a mess with a longer shower. Bed is comfortable, but it had too many pillows, and nowhere to store them properly

I've stayed at this hotel for a night as a part of my business trip to Podgorica. The hotel itself is fairly modern and clean-looking. I am not aware of the prices per night per person

Rooms: My room was on the normal side when it comes to sizing for hotels with this many stars. Though it lacked conditioning, or at least i was unable to turn it on

Unfortunately, their restaurants are not open 24H due to winter time schedule and the room doesn't have kettle upon arrival but you can ask at the reception

Breakfast is served on the roof (6th floor). The choice was very good, both sweet and salty food. I just regretted breakfast only started at 8am

It had a fridge and a kettle, which was very appreciated. I had a view of the mountains from my balcony, which got dark by the evening, so I truly felt like being in Montenegro (which means Black Mountain)

Some people have difficulties finding it but I did not encounter any. It is about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town and 15 minutes from the beach. The bus station is some 7 minutes walk

There are shops and restaurants around and a lot of more of them in the centre of the town. I had a very nice and spacious room on the 5th floor (4th by the European counting)

The location is also very far from old town and you need to cross a major road to get to the beach. The breakfast selection is decent but not great. Overall, it just didn't feel like a good deal for the money

A wonderful boutique hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea and the entire city! Breakfast was a buffet; it wasn't large, as there weren't many guests and the hotel wasn't very large, but there was plenty to choose from, and it was delicious! There's also a separate restaurant on site with delicious food

The pool and bar are also very beautiful, offering views of all of Budva. The location is also excellent, with shops nearby, a 15-minute walk to the center, and a 5-minute walk to the sea

The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful especially Vladimir (the manager of the hotel) he just took care of everything! The hotel is brand new (exist only 3 months) and the restaurant at the 1 floor is incredible!!!!

The hotel is designed like an apartment near a marina. The service is good, and the environment is very peaceful. It's next to the One & Only Resort Hotel, and it's not far from the Blue Grotto

This small hotell really made our stay i Budva relaxing. It is such a lovely place, A bit withdrawn from the bigger streets, quiet surroundings and still just ten, fifteen minutes walk to the sea and Old Town

Best Overnight Stay In The Balkins Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins

The room was very well decorated, very clean and comfortable, with adequate storage space. Comfy beds and a good sized balcony where you can enjoy the weather and the view are also worth mentioning

Small cosy hotel from the staff everyone around so polite and helpful ,new and minimalistic breakfast every day something new if you don’t know what it’s you will get help from staff they will explain how even made that dish

Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options

More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working

You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1

One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud

We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day

There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them

Big rooms; everything is clean; food is excellent; nice spa; there is a sport hall (not necessary to leave the hotel to get there), where more sports can be done; location is almost outside Podgorica (10 minutes by car to the centre)

The hotel is located outside of the city but it is a good position. It is relatively new and modern. A taxi from the airport is 12€ fixed price. They were kind enough to upgrade my room as a Diamond Elite member

the room is beautifull, with everything i needed. the spa is amazing and the massage i got was superb. the rausterante was so proffesional - glutan free bread, perfect service. the pool was so long and open many hours

Interesting hotel with a large indoor Olympic pool, a full basketball court and nightly buffet. They also have a bar with an ala cart menu and room service. We did not use the spa but they have one on site

We were staying here to be in town for an early flight the next morning. We initially loved the hotel and we would have if it were for the temperature of the room. It was literally 80 degrees in the room

When we called down about it and asked if they had any fans she told us that they had the AC registered as “working” and were reporting a much lower temperature then what was reflected on our thermostat

The hotel overall is good, but, we asked if the spa was open they said yes but only the indoor swimming pool was open, sauna was not functional and hot tub was filled with cold water also not functional.
