Pure 10 as far as I'm concerned. The building is located in a quiet street and yet close to the beach (5-7 minutes on foot) and the old town (10 minutes on foot). At 70 meters from the store and bakery if it matters to someone, at 100-140 meters a small office where you can pay for all-day cruises on the Bay of Kotor, Skadar Lake or just get acquainted with the interior of Montenegro, visit national parks, monasteries. At 500 meters from the house is a bus station from which tourist lines to all beaches in the area (Jaz, Becici, Rafailovici, Kamenovo, Milocer, Przno, Sveti Stefan ...). A handful of good restaurants within 800-1500 meters from the house (recommendation for the restaurant Merkur at the bus station and the restaurant Jadran by the sea).

As for the building itself, it can be seen that it was done according to plan and it deserves respect. Free parking in the underground garage, solar panels, elevator, each apartment has its own balcony. Rooms clean and tidy, cleaning daily. There is always water, even in case of restrictions the apartments have their own well for water supply. The beds are comfortable and very comfortable, the air conditioning is also ok. Wi-fi also worked correctly, although I often inadvertently used the internet with a sim card, 5e 500gb for 7 days in the T-mobile network.

And finally the most important item, the owner of the facility and his family. Friendly and accommodating hosts, professional approach to reservations. The room reserved a month and a half before my arrival was waiting for me, without paying a down payment. The owner of the facility sticks to words and cheeks, he could have canceled and rented a room at a higher price to someone else, as some owners of accommodation in Montenegro did this year, but he did not. With that, they bought me as a guest in the long run.

It's good in a few days. The location is not bad there is to the old town not to lie 15 min to the beach also if you go to Mogren and 20 min. It is nice that it has an underground garage. It is clean but requires inventory renewal because the ravages of time have taken their toll.

Not a bad hotel, the view from the room isn't the nicest, but there is a fairly large balcony with table and chairs.
When booking it is necessary to specify what kind of housing accommodation for the hotel has several buildings in different locations, the distance between them from half a kilometer.

Excellent Villa. We had a spacious apartment for 3 people with kitchenette. The room has 2 balconies, one small and the second large with a table and chairs. The owner and some staff speak Russian. The town beach is about 10 minutes slow walk but the best beach is the Old Town 20 minutes walk away. Near the Villa there are several supermarkets, a market and a nearby convenience store with pastries.
