Hotels with aquapark in Budva

The hotel was excellent in every aspect — clean rooms, great location, and very comfortable overall. Special thanks to Ivan at the reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional

Despite it being off season, most enmities in the hotel was open and we enjoyed the pools and access to the beach. It’s located very close to Budva town (10minutes) with a bus stop across the road if you don’t mind (€1

Breakfast could do with more variety. The hotel may also consider offering light drinks at dinner as part of the package aside from water. Hotel also doesn’t allow food or drink from outside

The service in the hotel was decent with the staff kind enough, a few staff were dismissive but we’ve concluded this may have been due to the language barrier. We opted for the half board (breakfast and dinner)

However, upon arriving we noticed first that the water was tepid and the heating was slow. We travelled in November which isn’t cold but definitely not enough for a lukewarm shower

Once at Tivat Airport, there was a queue at the departure gate, but thankfully, it moved reasonably fast. The hotel offers a pleasant breakfast service between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM for an affordable price of €8

My only minor critique would be that the shower in the bathroom was a bit small. While fully functional, this could be a point of improvement for guest comfort

This hotel truly shines as a very nice, friendly, family-run establishment. My stay was made exceptionally comfortable by the lovely room I was allocated

A definite highlight was the private balcony, which offered beautiful mountain views—a perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening unwind

A useful tip for future travellers: allow at least one hour for the journey due to current road works along the route

Overall, Hotel Oaza is a fantastic, welcoming base for exploring Budva, offering great value and genuine hospitality

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level

The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present

Nice family apartment hotel overall: very friendly and helpful staff, stunning views, large swimming pool, free parking, comfortable fully equipped guestrooms with kitchens - perfect for extended stays, good wifi speed and coverage - generally, you can fully trust the Hotel's web site, it is accurate and complete

The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it

Spending time on the sunbeds on the balcony, soaking in these views, was the highlight of our trip. It was a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding after exploring Budva

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy

Very friendly the staff. Flexibility arrive and leave. Free parking at the address. Very nice view. The terrace is practically. The garden very nice give some shade. I did a bit longer holiday there.

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Amazing place to stay at just 15min from the city center. The couple who os responsible is very kind and made everything to improve out stay.
